A Memory To Stay

I drank a cup
of green tea,
down by the Sea.

I sat upon
the ground,
let the sand,
run off my hand.

All kinds of
little bugs, kept me company,
teasing me,
wouldn't let me be.

Once or twice
someone walked by,
bid me hello,
bid me goodbye.

Its so peaceful here
I hate to go,
the suns going down,
the winds beginning to blow.

The memory of today
will be in my dreams to night,
a lovely sight to be-hold,
a memory to stay.
