Is it the butterflies I feel when I'm by your side Or the sparks in my eyes that I can't seem to hide Is it the smile that forms when I hear you speak Or the love we make, week after week Is it the rapid beats my heart makes Or the joy of watching you as you wake Is it the sound of our laughter as it fills the air Or the thought of knowing you'll always be there Is it the gifts we give Or the cards we write Is it the hugs we give each and every night What is love anyway?
