Supposed To You're supposed to love me, teach me to pull through. Now I stand in emptiness not knowing what to do. Your tears were full of posion your mind could see no light. I wonder if you noticed the showdows in the night. It's to late for my answers, my questions with the dead. Echoing in meomories, the last things that you said. Numbing my emotions, thickening my shell. Pretending there's no scars, from everytime I fell. I guess i'll never understand, I fear i'll never know. Yet through all of these twist and turns, I refuse to let it go. © BeXx, 2004 Bellmore, New York Authors Comments ~ Wrote it after my mother died from to much drinkin a little over 3 years ago |
