| Visit From The Other Side Sluggo paid me a visit last night; His pure, blissful spirit: no body in sight. But I did feel his nose as he nudged me and said, "I'm still alive! I'm really not dead." Then his spirit romped around me with joy, A spirit so strong, you could not destroy. So happy. So free. He seemed to say, "Thank You. I love you. I'm not far away!" © Donna Richard, 2004 Framingham, Massachusetts Authors Comment ~ I know it's not terribly un-common for people to re- ceive visits from their loved ones after they have passed on, but in this case, it was my dog who paid me a visit from the other side. It was so real, I had to write down what I experienced. |
