Oh, no one at The New Yorker has an anus.
JANUARY 29TH, 2006

It's been a hectic week, I have not spent an entire day at home until today.
On Wednesday, Alan, Peter and I went down to Bankstown so I could pick up 'Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story' and preorder 'Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex Log 1'. Walked down to Alan's in the rain, then continued to walk to the station. Waited for ages to get a bus to Bankstown. Three Cabramatta and two Lidcombe buses passed before a Bankstown bus arrived. Got off at Bankstown and walked to Centro Bankstown. From there we entered JB Hi Fi and looked at the PS2 games and headphones. Then made our way to the bank. Which bank? The Commonwealth Bank. But before that we stopped at EB Games or Electronics Boutique and I looked for manga and figurines. There was none so we continued to walk to the bank.
Sat there for 10 minutes but it felt longer as my brother queued in the line. The lady told him to go down to the St. George Bank so we did. We stopped at Kernels where Alan bought Butterscotch popcorn. Walked all the way to St. George and Peter finally made the bank deposit. Walked the short distance to Ezy DVD, where I got the Family Guy Movie and preordered GITS: SAC. Walked to the Food Court and ate even though we were all full from the popcorn. None of us finished our food and then went into HMV. Then decided it was time to go home. Stopped at a game shop and was rummaging through a box full of posters when Alan tipped over his popcorn spilling it on the floor, we stormed out of there. Took the bus back, where Alan realised he had forgot his umbrella.
Thursday, Australia Day. The day wasn't very eventful so I shall fill this space up with the national anthem.

Australians all let us rejoice,
For we are young and free;
We've golden soil and wealth for toil,
Our home is girt by sea;
Our land abounds in Nature's gifts
Of beauty rich and rare;
In history's page, let every stage
Advance Australia fair!
In joyful strains then let us sing,
"Advance Australia fair!"

When gallant Cook from Albion sail'd,
To trace wide oceans o'er,
True British courage bore him on,
Till he landed on our shore.
Then here he raised Old England's flag,
The standard of the brave;
With all her faults we love her still,
"Brittannia rules the wave!"
In joyful strains then let us sing
"Advance Australia fair!"

Beneath our radiant southern Cross,
We'll toil with hearts and hands;
To make this Commonwealth of ours
Renowned of all the lands;
For those who've come across the seas
We've boundless plains to share;
With courage let us all combine
To advance Australia fair.
In joyful strains then let us sing
"Advance Australia fair!"

While other nations of the globe
Behold us from afar,
We'll rise to high renown and shine
Like our glorious southern star;
From England, Scotia, Erin's Isle,
Who come our lot to share,
Let all combine with heart and hand
To advance Australia fair!
In joyful strains then let us sing
"Advance Australia fair!"

Shou'd foreign foe e'er sight our coast,
Or dare a foot to land,
We'll rouse to arms like sires of yore
To guard our native strand;
Brittannia then shall surely know,
Beyond wide ocean's roll,
Her sons in fair Australia's land
Still keep a British soul.
In joyful strains the let us sing
"Advance Australia fair!"

Australia Day Evening, I had work. Wasn't very busy except when it came time to close. Orders came in at bloody 11. Lisa was one of them. She had just come home from the Big Day Out and was yelling out my name while I was in the cool room making her pizzas. A Meat Lovers and a Hawaiian, it wasn't me who screwed up your order!
Friday, couldn't sleep properly but still had to wake up early. Went to the plaza to get money order and walked to Leightonfield Station to meet up with Anna at Yagoona Station at 10:30. The train was stopped just outside of Sefton Station for ages because of "Signal Trouble". Arrived at Yagoona and Anna bought her ticket. Got on the next train to Lidcombe and walked to the Sprint Platform. Waited for a while, the platform was empty with only people going to the Aquatic Centre and us on it. Got on the train to Olympic Park and walked past the Sydney Superdome, past Telstra Stadium, past the Aquatic Centre and walked down a really long street until we got to the Golf Centre.
Got to the Golf Centre and all lil'ones were there playing minigolf. When we got our clubs and balls we began to play. Our scores are as follows:

Hole Player 1
64
Player 2 (Anna)
62
1 4 3
2 2 3
3 2 3
4 2 2
5 1 2
6 2 2
7 1 1
8 6 6
9 3 1
10 6 6
11 4 3
12 2 2
13 6 6
14 5 4
15 6 6
16 2 4
17 4 6
18 6 3

She beat me by two holes. It was hot, I was angry, I kept hitting the ball off the course, I suck at Putt Putt. We were both hopeless at it, Anna lost her ball in the grass, so we stole one from under the bridge. Notice Hole 8, we both got 6, if we were to keep counting it would have gone a lot higher, in the end it was too hot to keep trying so we both just used our clubs as hockey sticks. After we had finished, we went inside and got iced cream. After we finished we decided to head off to DFO (Direct Factory Outlet), even though we didn't know our way there. We followed a very long road that led to a bridge and then the road continued. We reached a really busy road and ran across it, Anna screamed. Could not find the entrance to DFO so went around in circles, then finally found the door. As soon as we walked in we saw Valentines stuff already for sale. Bought Lipton Ice Teas and walked around in circles and then into Sanity. Crap, walked around the place again and again and again and again, walked past same old signs again and again and again. Until we set out to find myself a belt, cause my pants kept falling down. Found unbelievably cheap belts in this store and Anna picked out the perfect belt for me. Didn't get anything but managed to find a really great hat... Kept walking around and around before long we sat down at the food court and I got a Lychee Fruit Ice. Decided to leave early because I had work at 5:30. Ran past that road, walked along that road, stopped underneath a tree, ants attacked, continued until we reached the bus stops where we rested for a while until continuing to Mc Donalds where Anna purchased a Cheeseburger and small Coke. I got a Large Chocolate Thickshake. Walked back to Olympic Park Station, Anna ate her Cheeseburger, taking small bites then our train arrived. From Olympic Park to Lidcombe we sat down at Platform 4 waiting for the next Bankstown train. Got off Yagoona, walked to KFC, I got a Zinger and we walked back to the station. Caught the train back to Leightonfield.
After a long and tiring day, I arrived at home, got a drink then off to work. On my way to work, I saw Thomas, chatted for a while then continued the long journey to Pizza Hut.
Saturday, Alan, Peter and I went Parramatta, Alan wanted to buy an mp3 player. Met Alan at KFC, and we took the train to Birrong, then Lidcombe, then Granville. From there, took a bus to Parramatta because there were no train services to Parramatta. Got off and into Dick Smith, Alan examined the mp3 players and was torn between two. The (Sh)city I Pod Nano or the m:robe. We decided we would return and headed off to EB Games, where I found a Vincent Valentine figurine but didn't buy it yet because Peter wanted to go to Toys R' Us to check out the Nintendo DS's. We then headed back to EB where I bought the Vincent figurine, they were out of DS's so we headed to the upstairs EB. Passing by a Kernels, Alan fought the temptation and we went into the other EB where Peter got a Blue DS and 'Advance Wars Dual Strike'. We headed back down to Dick Smith and Alan had decided to get the m:robe, the display stock was the only one left so Alan bought that and got a small discount. We headed off to Mc Donalds where I got Mc Nuggets and a drink, Alan found that he was missing a dock. After we ate, we went back down to Dick Smith and Alan got a refund. We walked down Church Street in search for the Apple Store, they had no 4 gig Nano's in stock so we headed off to Bing Lee where 'Everything's Negotiable'. We found the same m:robe and I asked for a discount, they agreed and gave it to us for $280 (RRP $300). Alan also got rubber casing and after the deal was done we left for home. City Rail is a really lousy service, trains were delayed and cancelled so we had to catch a train to Cabramatta. Saw Jessie on the train. Got off then the Bankstown train arrived in 5 minutes. Got home, rested for 20 minutes then mother drove us to work. So very tired and hungry.
Well there's nothing left to say but Happy New Year Ya'll.
