After being gone for 6 years, Tracy came back to Port Charles with her son Dillon in tow. With her, she brought the news that Alan was not really Skye's father. Tracy soon left Dillon with her family to go travel the world, but when Dillon found himself in trouble with his grandfather, Edward, Tracy was called back to PC to deal with her teenage son. But she was already headed back to get her hands on the Dead Man's Hand. She decided she wanted to get her hands on the cards so she could use them to open up a casino. But she soon learned that Luke Spencer was the only person in town with gambling rights. Tracy was not thrilled with Dillon's choice of girlfriend, Georgie Jones. But she did take a liking to Sage Alcazar, niece of mobster Lorenzo Alcazar. So, when Georgie became concerned about Dillon's safety when he took a job working for Alcazar, Tracy teamed up with Georgie and agreed to force him to quit his job if she broke up with him. Tracy's next venture was the treasure at the bottom of the Port Charles harbor that belonged partly to the Quartermaines. Tracy hired Coleman to steal the treasure but he was unsuccessful. When Edward attempted to take responsibility for faulty wiring in the Port Charles Hotel that caused the fire, Tracy tries to convince him he should lie and plead insanity. While Edward was in the hospital recuperating from a heart attack, Tracy took advantage of the situation and tried to take over ELQ. She even went as far as having Edward committed. Eventually the race for control of ELQ came down to Dillon's vote. Tracy tried to bribe Dillon, and with Sage's help, even went as far as taking nude pictures of Georgie and put them on the internet. When Dillon found out, Tracy blackmailed him into giving her his vote. While out at Skye's lakehouse one night, she witnessed Skye with a dead corpse and took a picture. With the picture she blackmailed Jax into marrying her to keep the pictures away from the cops. Jax reluctantly agreed, but eventually gave Tracy the boot. Recently, Tracy was devastated by the loss of her mother Lila Quartermaine.
