We dedicate ourselves to providing a professional creative environment in which artists can nurture their craft, ultimately generating an atmosphere that will inspire and ripen the human spirit.
A personal message from Managing Director Christine Wortham
and Artistic Director Nicole Warren:
It is with a heavy heart that we have to announce Soapbox Theatre Company is closing its doors. Many factors led to this decision, the main ones being that Christine is relocating with her family to Texas this spring, at the same time Nicole will be welcoming a new addition to her own family. From the very beginning this company was born out of our partnership and beliefs, and we both agree it just wouldn't be right to continue the company without the two of us to support it together.
We want to thank each and every one of our avid Soapbox supporters for your time, talents and overall encouragement. Though we are sad we will not be able to see Soapbox grow into the company we always dreamed it would be, we are proud that we were able to fulfill our mission and that we have so many people out there who believed in us and were willing to donate their time and talents again and again to see us succeed.
May 2008 continue to bring rewarding theatrical ventures your way, and we hope you will always hold a special little place in your hearts for Soapbox. We know we will.
