How a Swap works... 1. First, let Sydne know you want to participate! You must attend the Gatherin' to participate. 2. Think of an appropriate bath/body/aroma product (that fits with the swap theme) that you would like to produce...in quantity (usually 10 to 15). Please keep it in the price range, if you were to sell it, between $4 & $10. 3. Upon the swap deadline, or before, if you wish, make one item for each person participating in the swap. Be creative, show off! 4. Package them creatively!!! 5. If you want, you can print out the recipe/directions for all participants. 6. After Lunch you get to see all YOUR new goodies in YOUR bag. 7. That night you get to spoil yourself and indulge yourself with all these new lovely luxuries! You 'might' even share...NOT! ;-) The swap hostess will provide bags at the meeting with each particpant's name on their respective bag. When you get to the meeting, you drop one item into each bag, except yours (unless you made one for you). Please note the DEADLINE, everyone needs to respond on time. We want to keep an accurate headcount. If, for some reason, you can't make it to the meeting, let the swap hostess know, promptly, so that we can adjust the headcount. |
