Family: Her mother, Pauline, and stepfather, Jeff, in Atchoo, along with her little sister Brit.

Past: As dense as she may seem, Serena was actually put into the prodigious scout school ahead of her time.  Those who graduate are great warriors, and the school is only for the gifted.  At age five she was enrolled, going to school with people that could have been her parents!  She graduated and spent most of her time home with her friend Mina until she got news of the capture of Princess Rei of Lizerton and was recruited to help save her.
