Hello. Happy late Easter everyone. Well today I beat SoE I had a good time doing it to *sigh* well its all over now all I have left is to cause mayhem in unlimited time chaos of well I guess it will have to do. Or I could do revolution over again but that is a little durastic. Nothing much happening with the site lately I feel it is pretty much done I dont know if I will ever fininsh the maps since I cant use PSP 7 it screwed up on me the other day and if you know what I mean I cant re-install it. Oh well I guess paint will have to do

YAY! Easter is tomorrow! ok there have been a few updates to the site lately like the new FAQ's section I have 1 FAQ in there created by Codewiz11 I plan on getting more but I cant get in touch with any of the other FAQ creators oh well I will keep trying. I beat Eastside in Revolution Mode today and unlocked Bull he's great cuz he is this big tank and he does some crazy ass grab moves. Now I just have corparation central to goand yes I did use cheats well a cheat the unlimited ammo cheat it just makes it that much easier to make it lots more fun. Sorry no smilies today I'm to lazy to open Emotipad right now. Later Days.

Hey! Sorry I havent said much but there jst hasnt been much going on I'm starting to learn CSS and I know how to do mouse overs and I can change the color of the scroll bar its looking good. I have a new tell a freind thing and its still in the testing stage but I have been informed that it does work so if you are reading this right now please take the time to send a message to a friend telling them about this great site  Hmm? what else.. OH! I have a chat room now so if you are looking for a place where you can quickly get a few questions awnsered thats the place to go. I have a wallpaper section there is only one but thats all I could find. I also have a links section and feel free to post a link if you have an SOE website.

It snowed today and school was canceled so I will work on the site some. Almost at 200 hits  ! I've got a new thing for everyone to post their Chaos high scores in, its not bad. So every one get over their and start posting their high scores! Well I'm at a loss fo words,hmm? Oh yeah! I got one of those random image things yesterday and I'm very proud of it!  well thats all that has happened around here lately. And no I couldnt find anything else about the SOE movie too bad.

If you didn't notice some of the smilies stoped working there for a bit but I fixed them back up  well I havent heard much about SOE lately but I am working on a new design for GTA: Informant it desperately needed one maybe not to the naked eye but it seriously did! You can check it out here GTA: Informant its not done but I will work on it on and off in my spare time  Well thats it for now I may check for a little more info on the movie. I'll see what I can find.

Well the smilies seem to work  its pretty cool! If you want to know what I use got to emotipad.com there is a link in the EXTRA's section its a great program. but again I have homework  and once again I will not be able to work on the site much but I will be able to a little and I will snag some more smilies off my GTA:I ikonboard like a basic smile one I need greatly well thats all for now.

Cool this is a test I'm testing out this new emoticon system I have for this site lets see  lets see how that worked. and on a second not I have a geust book sign it and leave a comment if you feel the need and I have all my other contacts listed in the other contacts section I'm still working on the maps and they will be done with some time and effort but I really dont feel like spending hours on a map at this moment. I am also working on a "post you high score" system it will be a rip of a ezboard topic with the ads removed and a few other things I will try and work on that but I have a lot of homework so...

Wow! 100 hits yay! this calls for a celebration! Anywho, I've changed the site a little and we have new polls no ads no nothing just a plain nice poll (sorry freepolls.com but I wont be changing back to your sevice it was just those troubles that made me search for new polls and now I found some and they have no ads sorry.) Well I like the new polls. I will be getting a new maps section up soon with the maps of the 4 levels (made by me) and another section which I will keep secret for now ;) but it will be a blast!

Ok New Line Cinemas will be working on a State of Emergency movie

New Line Cinema has announced that it has picked up the movie rights for the PlayStation 2 game State of Emergency. The game, which was developed by Scotland-based Vis Entertainment, will see a transition to the big screen with the producers Warren Zide and Craig Perry of American Pie fame heading up the project.
"To be able to create a franchisable action movie that appeals to young audiences based on a highly successful video game is something we've been looking for, and State of Emergency is a perfect fit," Zide said. "We're thrilled to be producing this movie for New Line, which has shared our enthusiasm from the beginning."
"They are a phenomenally talented bunch of individuals, and this is truly an honor for them as much as it is for the company," said Chris Van Der Kuyl, president of Vis Entertainment. "I'd like to thank them all and intend to get them partying very, very soon indeed."

OK! I've added the last page today "Stats" it basically has all the game stats in it like weapon range, etc. Well I geuss since I'm done it's time to launch :) well hope you like the site cuz it is pretty much done I just have to put in some meta tags for the search engines and then it will be done.

Ok I've got a few more things up I have contact button and a corporation forces section AND I made a State of Emergency webring so if you have an SOE website just click join ring in the webring nav bar at the bottom of this page and submit your site but first you will have to register at webring.com. Well it looks like I'll be launching soon but I have to go back to school tommorrow damn :( oh well I'll work on it as much as I can.

The weapons page is up with pics and all except for a few like Teargas Launcher, Tazer and the Mini-Gun sorry but I couldnt find anything oh well if you see a screen with a clear pic of one guns I'm missing could you email it to me at willis@soe-informant.cjb.net oh well give the weapons section a visit its pretty good I'm one of the only sites with pics to go with the guns. I you do send in a pic that I use I will give you credit underneath the pick.
Ok I found a pic of a mini-gun and added it but I'm still looking for a tazer and a teargass launcher.

Well the gang and character sections are up please visit them they were complicated to script I would appretiate it if you would at least take a peek :) and I filled up the menu bar with a poll I think it fills it up well I will have one for different sections like you go to the Gangs page and there is a fav gang poll and you go to the character page and there is a fav character poll you can also post comments on the polls have fun! :]

Well things are starting to take shape (on the right side of the page anyways ;) ) yes as you can see the extra's colum is filling up but the menu colum is still pretty shabby and I dont know what I can do to spif it up :( oh we will see wont we the site hasnt even launched so itsd all good. Hmm? I wonder if my forums are still active or if they were shut down oh well I will check damn ezboard trying to make us pay by taking away the free stuff grr! Ok I still have my board but it has a hell of ad's :( oh well it will have ti do for now. heres a link

Hey all sup! this is the first news post here and it is basically just a test post so I'll just be babling about stuff that will be on the site. Im hopping to have a weapons page, a characters page, an info page with interesting things on it. I'm still trying to figure out how to have borders around individual td's and not around the whole table because this page consists of many tables and I want to have a black border around the news posts but I end up having to have a border around the whole table. Oh Well I'll keep trying. Well thats all for now.
