While working on this project I began several other short works which I did not feel were ready for presentation on November 18th, or appropriate due to the weather. If I was going to be at Hollins for the spring semester I would have liked to work with a large cast and reenact one of the full scale celebrations for Beltane. Several scripts are available in the special archives library as well as pictures of costuming and set. There were also two Hallowe'en presentations similar to the one I chose that would have been very interesting to perform. They were epic poems retelling various Norse myths and invoking the goddess Freya. Both of these poems were performed in the early twenties beneath the willows beside Carvin Creek, just north of where the theatre now stands.
