A little about myself first, born dec 18 1941, I consider myself to be brutally honest. Onstage my name is Frosty Jack. My friends call me Cliff or sometimes Cliffie Baby. I strive to be generous and loyal. I tend to be spontaneous and goofy. I have a deep appreciation for a home cooked meal. I value intelligence. I'm passionate about fairness and justice. I confess that I am a computer geek. We have a wonderful gym in our family room with a recumbent bicycle, universal gym and an ab machine and I'm actually starting to use them, sometimes 2 hours a day. I'm probably more outspoken than the average person (a bigmouth) so much so, that I am often mistaken for Cliffie, the character in Cheers. I realize a sense of humor is crucial for sanity. I'm working on getting in shape. My sobriety date is Groundhog Day 1992 and since Jan 19th 2002 I have lost up to 93 lbs with the help of God and the fellowship and program of Weight Watchers. My present weight loss is 77 lbs which is 2 lbs below WW top end goal. I have been at lifetime goal weight since March 2003. People describe me as a ham. My most important relationship is with God and Jesus, if it wasn't for Him I wouldn't have met my Darling wife. Mary-Evelyn (19) a passenger on my bus, picked me up when I was (30) on April 23rd 1972. Only 45 hours later I asked if we could spend the rest of our lives together. We were married at Flamborough Centre Baptist Church Sept 2nd 1972 and Baptized together at Harmony Baptist Church Nov 19th 2000. During the winter months we attend Shingle Creek United Methodist Church, (The friendliest Church in Osceola county) its the oldest original Church in Kissimmee Florida. I tend to like taking naps in the afternoon. I enjoy being in love. I like going on vacation in PEI, Fla, West Virginia and travelling in general. I like to spend my weekends playing chess on AOL Pogo games as HeLovesYah and also as WurstPlayerHere. My dream vacation is biking through the Canadian Rockies. (That's unlikely my Darlin Oggies is mostly wheelchair bound and I'm nothing without her at my side). My ideal place to live is on a lake. My musical tastes run the gamut from Classic or Blues to Country Rock. Our son Alfie is a professional musician. There is a link on here to his webpage. I am attracted to smiling eyes. My idea of a great time would be a picnic in the park. I love playing harmonica. Some of my other toys include a couple of mandolins, a banjolin, keyboard, a telescope and a microscope. There is a sample of my blues harmonica playing on this page. I love fishing, retired from driving bus since June 99, trailer in Florida 4 months every year. I have just recently taken up golf after being away from it for almost 40 years ! Great sport golf ! (Personal best score 89)Temporarily gave up golf until Dec 2004. Just added a sea kayak to join my whitewater kayak.There is no better way to travel. This summer I explored about 1000 of the 30,000 islands on Georgian Bay. Proud to be Canadian. Now, if we could only get a democracy here ? You know ? That's the old fashioned idea that politicians should represent the will of the people ? (8-D
