The Ministry of the environment is mandating low flow nozzle at gas stations starting next year. The nozzle slow gas flow to 38 liters per minute. Some existing pump can deliver as much as 50 liters per minute. The slower pump will add about 20 seconds to your fill up- time. The slower flow is expected to cut down about 15,000 tons of gas fumes that escape into the air each year and will also reduce exposure to (???) Benzine for indivisuls at the pumps.
