A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology, Joseph B. Cesa has
attended the Lycoming Art Student League in addition to private studies.
His watercolors and pastel paintings reflect his upbringing in rural Pennsylvania.
Joe devotes most of his time to commissioned work and to painting in
and around his native home of Central Pennsylvania. He exhibits his work
locally and has been accepted into juried shows and exhibitions throughout
the area. Many of his paintings can be seen in places of business and corporate
offices, however, most can be found in the homes of private collectors.
His art has been included in local publications and brochures.
