Abstract
Aseptic cultivation of seeds and nodes of Eucalyptus camaldulensis Dhen. in MS media enriched with growth regulators and growth supplement produced various modes of growth and differentiation.

Fourteen percent of seeds cultured in MS media supplemented with 0.1 mg/l NAA, 0.1 mg/l BA and 15% coconut water, grew into normal plants and 5.83% of seeds cultured in MS media containing 4 mg/l 2,4-D, 1 mg/l BA and 20 mg/l yeast extract produced calluses. After such calluses were transferred into MS media containing 1 mg/l NAA, 1 mg/l 2iP(r-r-dimethylallylamino)-purine) and 15% coconut water, they differentiated into numerous shoots and some roots.

Nodes cultured in media enriched with 0.1 mg/l NAA, 0.1 mg/BA and 15% coconut water or 4 mg/l NAA and 15% coconut water or 4 mg/l 2,4-D, 1 mg/l BA and 15% coconut water grew exclusively into calluses. Most axilary buds did not grow expect 3.5% of those culured in media containing 4 mg/l NAA, 2 mg/l 2iP and 15% coconut water developed callused.
