TECHNICAL RIDER 1999.

PA

The soundsystem for E -TYPE must be of at the highest quality pro-equipment and be able to produce a high fidelity sound in stereo without any kind of distortion, hum, buzz or loss of definition and dynamics.

The system must be able to cover all public-area with the whole soundspectra at a soundlevel of 120db continiosly SPL at F.O.H.

 

PA:

System should be an active three / four-way hi-pro soundsystem with all nessesary infills, downfills and / or delays to cover thepublic area.

NEXO @lpha, Turbosound Flash / Flood, Meyer, VDOSC.

HOUSE CONSOLE:

Min.40 ch input + 8 FX sends (aux), 8 x FX returns, Subgroups. VCA.

2 (two) x PSU.

Each input with min. 4-band sweepable parametric EQ, sweepable highpassfilter,insert and input metering.

MIDAS H3000 / XL4 / XL3 / XL200.

Yamaha PM 4000 / PM 3500.

DRIVE UNIT:

2 (two) ch graphic 31 band EQ - Klark.

1 (one) X CD

1 (one) X DAT / MD (rec & play).

GATES/COMPR.

8 (eight) X Gates - Drawmer, Klark, BSS.

12 (twelve) X Compressors - dbx, Klark, BSS

EFFECTS:

1 (one) X Lexicon 480 / TC M5000.

1 (one) X Lexicon PCM 70, 80, 90.

2 (two) X Yamaha 990 / SPX 900.

1 (one) X TC 2290 / Roland SDD 3000.

XTRAS:

Intercomsystem F.O.H - Monitor + talkbackmic to monitor.

Console should be placed well protected from direct sunlight, rain,

wind and dust but not so that sightline to stage and soundspectra is interfeered.

Console and FX must be equiped with proper working-light.

All inputs with 4 sweepable EQ, sweepable highpassfilter,insert & input metering.

SOUNDCRAFT SM 24 / 16 / S5.

YAMAHA PM3500 M / PM 4000 M.

MONITOR INSERTS AND EFFECTS:

14 (fourteen) channels of 31 band EQs - KLARK / BSS / XTA inserted on sends.

6 (six) X Gates - Drawner / BSS / KLARK inserted (see inputlist).

MONITOR SPEAKERS:

14 (Fourteen) X wedges 1 X 15" + 1 X 2" bi-amped (cue-wedge included)

NO PASSIVE.

2 (two) X sidefills 4 X 18" + 4 X 12" + 2 X 2". 3way active.

XTRAS:

The console should be placed at stage left in order to achive clear sightlines across the stage.

The distans between faders and floor (working height) is not to be less than 1 meter.

Cue - wedge should be placed on the floor next to the engineer.

Console and FX must be equiped with proper working-light.

Intercom should be placed so that it can be operated by others without interfeering with engineer.
