"Isle In The Sky"
by Bill Truax

Ride a porpoise to the Isle in the Sky
Where sirens sing their alluring song.
But for the lack of wings to fly
I can only listen and long

For a time when upon her bosom
I do lie
And feel at last I am home
But alas I cannot fly

So I must wait until I die
As did the ancient mariners
Who would not ride the porpoise
To the Isle of the sireners

With songs, so loving, so close
Those riding the porpoise
And landing on the Isle
On her bosom do repose

And lip a final smile
