Megakat Diner is a SWAT Kats fan site.
"SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron" is a TV-show, if you didn't know.

BRIEF HISTORY...

This spot in cyberspace has been occupied by me [The Shadow 003] since 1998 , but it wasn't a SK fansite back then. Then some day in the year 2000 i decided to turn this into a SK Fansite. I needed a name for the site, and the two best suggestions I got from my pals [they ain't SK fans..] were "SK Mania" and "MegaKat Diner". "SK Mania" sounded too... frequently updated like. Let's face it. The SK are off air. You can't update with new facts or comments about them... Not much atleast.. Nor did I have time enough to make a site that was totally fanatic.
So I took the name MKD, fixed up a couple of pages. Half a year passed and the site sucked, big time. Then after some time I decided that it couldn't stay like that, so I finally made something that didn't break almost every rule in good webdesign and put some more interesting content on the site.

WHAT DOES THIS SK FANSITE DO?

Well, this site's main function at the current moment is to provide a place online for a comprehensive SK Fans List.
In addition to that, also a detailed links section to SK Fansites [it'll get larger & better] and some information about the tv-show SWAT Kats.
Plus, since I just can't help myself, also some old fanfics and fanarts of mine (unfortunately they ain't too good if ya know what I mean...) and a "SK Look-alike" page. Ahhh boredom is a dangerous thing... ;-)

WHY MAKE THIS SITE?

Why not.
I wanted to find an alternative site that worked as a reference to all the info one could find online about SK. Yeah.. I confess, I did get sidetracked. But I've cleared that up, so it can only get better now.

WHO'S BEHIND THIS SITE?

Ahem... Well, that oughta be me I guess. I go by the names The_Shadow_003, ts003, Shadow and Jamie D.J. Russell online.
I used to be the only one working on this site, but then in February 2001, Blackrazor11 voluntarily offered to update the SK Fans List for me since I couldn't be online much at all during the timeperiod Nov 2000 - August 2002. Blackrazor11 was of tremendous help, but can no longer (due to lack of time) assist me with the maintainance of the SKFL. So I'm on my own again when it comes to updating the SKFL.

I [the_Shadow_003] have been a SK fan ever since 1995, when I first saw SK on the channel Cartoon Network.
Then, when I started to get frequent access to Internet through school, I found a lot of the really good SK sites and was satisfied with the info & etc that I found there.
Time went on and I eventually started wondering about how many other SK fans there were, and also how many SK fans there existed in Sweden ['coz that's where I am located]. So that's why I made the SK Fans List. And that Kirsten Sharpe gave me a short list of SK fans to get started with in 1999, that was quite helpful.
Unfortunately, I've been kinda sidetracked for around half a year with the site now... The original plan was to make it a guide to all the sites online and SK facts as I mentioned before... But no worries, it can only get better now.
