| In October of 2006, Soke Bugh was invited to Gosport, England to attend the European Black Belt Hall of Fame induction ceremony, where he was recognized a Martial Arts Legend. He was also awarded membership with Zen Kenpo Ryu---Saigo Ha Diato Ryu as a 10th Dan member by Shodai Soke Martin J.
