| California Attorney Joseph Cotchett will ask the Federal Court to order Cheney, (Scooter)Libby, and Karl Rove to give evidence over the outing of US CIA agent Valerie Plame. This is alleged to have been done as a payback to her husband Joe Wilson for writing a negative report disagreeing with Bush claims of WMD's prior to Iraq invasion. In what appears to be an incredible irony, in 1997 whilst pursuing Clinton, a Federal Supreme Court made the Unanimous decision that neither Clinton .. ."nor any other official has an immunity that extends beyond the scope of any action taken in an official capacity..."
