| This dress was made in 2007 by Jennifer MacLellan and comes with kickpants, a matching headpiece, and extra fabric. Dress is made of light blue irredescent lycra and holographic lycra heart print. Skirt lining is a cotton cloud print. This is a "swoop" style dress with free hanging center front panel for easier kicking. The cape is a soft shawl style.
