AJ walked into Valley House, Nick was sitting on the couch with a girl on his lap, they were sharing a cigarette and watching TV.

    "Hey McLean,"said Nick as he looked up and seen AJ.

    "What happened to Jesse?"asked AJ sitting on the love seat facing them.

    "Ew Jesse McPhee?"asked the girl sitting on Nick's lap,"She's a nasty ass bitch."

    "Well you're looking at her ex-boyfriend,"said Nick pointing at AJ,"Anyways we took her out to the willow field past the elementary school after we shit kicked what was left of the prep fuckers and Jesse's people. Brian and a few other guys fucked her then we just circled her."

    "What did you do with her?"asked AJ.

    "I was last with her, I just put my smoke out in her back, kicked her again and told her to stay the fuck away from Amber,"said Nick,"I just left her there."

    "Who's Amber?"asked the girl on Nick's lap.

    "Vicki, will you shut up?"asked Nick,"Amber is AJ's girlfriend."

    "Amber who? I dunno Amber, I should know her,"said Vicki.

    "She ain't like you ho, she's classy,"said Nick,"She's got money."

    "Then what's she doing with him?"sneered Vicki. Nick looked at her as if she said the most stupid thing in the world then pushed her off his lap and on to the floor.

    "Look skank don't fucking diss my man McLean okay? And that a look at your sorry ass, get the fuck out of here,"said Nick. Vicki looked at Nick with hurt eyes before grabbing her purse and jacket and storming from the house.

    "Whore,"muttered Nick as Vicki slammed the front door,"So how is Amber?"

    "She's fine, got drunk last night and stumbled in at six am,"said AJ,"Fuck I hope I don't act like she did when she's drunk."

    "We're men we don't act stupid when we're drunk,"said Nick. AJ just nodded knowing exactly how Nick was when he was drunk, he could become the most sweetest person, he wanted to cuddled with everyone didn't matter who it was and he called everyone a teddy bear.

    Amber woke up at around eleven, she looked around and found herself in an empty room. Her headache was gone and she was feeling refreshed. She got out of bed and walked around the house looking for her father or Alanha.

    "Oh that's right, Alanha's got the night off,"said Amber as she walked into the spotless kitchen. As she looked in to her father's study and found it empty she just assumed her father was doing an all nighter at the office.

    "The place to myself,"said Amber thinking out loud,"This is a first." She looked around for something to keep busy with but it was 11:30 on a Saturday night. More than likely no one was home and the TV shows were shit. Amber walked over to the sliding glass doors to the backyard and seen the steam rising from the pool. She smiled and thought, what the hell?, the heater's on. She quickly ran up to her room and went to pull on her bathing suit.

    AJ walked into his room where Tyler and Kevin were.

    "What happened to Jesse?"asked Kevin.

    "What do you mean what happened to Jesse?"asked AJ laying down on his bed.

    "Kellie came in about an hour ago screaming about how she was in the hospital dying or something and it was all you and Amber's fault,"said Tyler.

    "Amber had nothing to do with it,"said AJ talking into the pillow,"I wasn't even there."

    "Well that's what Kellie said,"said Kevin. AJ sighed and sat up, he pulled himself up to a standing position and walked from the room to Kellie's room. He knocked then entered to find Kellie in the middle of her room topless.

    "Oh fuck slut put some clothes on,"said Kevin standing in the hall.

    "Shut up,"said Kellie as she pulled her tank top on.

    "What the fuck is this about Jesse?"asked AJ.

    "Like you don't all ready know, you were there asshole,"said Kellie.

    "No I wasn't I come in here and Ty and Kev are telling me how your blaming all this on my ass,"said AJ.

    "Oh yeah like your fucking preppy slut girlfriend didn't set you up to it,"said Kellie,"My friend is in the hospital under intentsive care. Almost beaten to death by you and your fuck ass friends while dealing with the fact that you all raped her."

    "Look bitch I wasn't there and Amber had nothing to do with it. Jesse brought it all on herself,"said AJ.

    "She didn't even touch Amber. God you guys are fucking losers,"said Kellie throwing the phone at AJ. AJ ducked and let the phone fly past him out into the hall.

    "How the fuck would you like it if someone almost killed you for no fucking reason?"yelled Kellie as tears started running down her cheeks,"Huh? She loved you, if she didn't she wouldn't have gotten so mad when you hooked up with Amber. And how to you repay her? You and your fucking friends beat her then rape her." AJ sighed and turned to walk from the room with he felt one of Kellie's heels nail him in the back. He turned and had a killer look on his face.

    "What the fuck was that bitch?"yelled AJ walking back into the room,"Bitch who the fuck do you think you are you slut?" AJ cornered Kellie against the wall. Fear was in Kellie's eyes, she had pissed AJ off alot but she had never seen him like this.

    "What is all the yelling in here about?"asked Kathy appearing in Kellie's doorway,"AJ, AJ get away from Kellie." AJ slowly turned around and quickly walked from the room.

    "AJ I want you in your room and I don't want you to leave this house,"said Kathy sternly. AJ flipped her the finger before walking into his room, Kevin was sitting on his bed and Tyler had scattered from the room as AJ slammed the door. He pulled his cigarettes from his pocket and lit one, then threw his pack at Kevin.

    "I'm gonna kill that bitch,"said AJ sitting on the edge of his bed,"I fucking don't know who the fuck to hate more, Jesse or Kellie. The two of them oh fuck, I fucking swear I'm gonna kill one of them."

    "Don't worry man, they're just jealous of Amber. It's what it's all about, the two skanks can't stand you found a real woman who loves you,"said Kevin,"I wouldn't give two fucking shits over them."

    "I know,"said AJ covering his face before taking a puff.

    "Look man, just relax. I'm jettin' but just chill a little,"said Kevin standing up flicking some ashes off his cigarette into an empty coffee mug.

    "Where are you going?"asked AJ.

    "Out to meet some sweet honey,"said Kevin pulling on his jacket,"Maybe I'll be getting some."

    "Yeah whatever,"said AJ before laying back down. AJ rolled over as Kevin left and dialed in a number that he had recently memorized. After two rings someone answered.

    "Hello," The voice was heaven in his ears.

    "Barbie?"asked AJ.

    "AJ? Hi,"said Amber.

    "Hey whatcha doin'?"asked AJ.

    "Actually getting ready to go swimming,"said Amber,"Why?"

    "Oh, nuttin' I just needed to hear your voice,"said AJ.

    "Ah that's sweet,"said Amber,"I don't think I've ever had a guy call just to hear my voice."

    "Well it's a sweet voice,"said AJ,"Uh I'll let you go you probably wanna get back to whatever ya were doin'."

    "Um okay,"said Amber,"Is everything okay? You don't sound so hot."

    "No, no, I'm cool, just tired,"said AJ.

    "Kay, well you go to sleep,"said Amber,"Drop by tomorrow or something."

    "Cool, I will,"said AJ.

    "Well goodnight,"said Amber.

    "Yeah, see ya,"said AJ,"I love ya." He loved telling her he loved her, it made him feel warm and like this was something real that no one could take away from him.

    "I love you too,"said Amber,"See ya tomorrow."

    "Yeah see ya,"said AJ before hanging up. He rolled on to his back and covered his face. Slowly he took his hands away as a tear started rolling down his cheek. He dumped the cigarette in the coffee mug and rolled over to go to sleep which was much needed.
