If there’s one thing this worlds needs to know? Its that nothing in life is a coincidence? matter a fact nothing in Gods economy is a waste? everything counts! every decision? every choice? every life? every circumstance and situation you encounter! you see everything is part of a grand plan? either Gods or Satan’s? the bible says Satan “..cometh not but for to steal, kill, and destroy..” and “ He walks about as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour ” John 10:10, 1 Peter 5:8, But on the other hand Jesus said: “ ..I am come that you might have life and have life more abundantly! I am come to seek and to save that which was lost..” “to wit that God was in Christ reconciling the world unto himself..” 11 Cor. 5:17-19 Yes the devil is indeed about his work destroying lives, wrecking marriages, harming our children, breaking families, crushing hearts, etc. he shows many the glamour and glitter but never the gutter and garbage where he leaves you when he’s finished with you? yes he’ll wine you and dine you? tease you and temp you, but in the end he’ll use you up like a cheap piece of meat, discard you like a filthy rag, and abandon you like un unwanted baby? sound familiar? some of you know what I’m talking bout? been there done that, he don’t care for you, never did, you see his plan is that you would join him in eternity cause its going to be awfully lonely and painfully empty in hell forever n ever! he wants all the company he can drag down with him, misery loves company! he wants to spite God with ur rebellion and ur refusal to acknowledge God ? buy getting you to deny the only hope u really have? by getting you to believe in yourself rather than God? to trust in yourself rather than God? well I’ve come to pull his covers and let you know he’s a lier! and the father of lies! I’m serving notice to the devil he better get out of Dodge? cause Jesus is in town! the Holy ghost is here! hey this is the Church triumphant! the Church Victorious! its not going down in defeat but up in victory! somebody shout praises! oh glory! maybe you didn’t hear me I said “ the gates of hell shall not prevail against you..” greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world..” no weapon formed against you shall prosper” “ If God be for you then who can be against you” ! you were destined to be delivered! yes the devil may be at work overtime on you and your family? but don’t give up hope cause God’s got ur back! ok I’ll give you some scripture; “ come unto me all you that labor and are burdened.. and I will give you rest for your souls.. ”casting all your care upon me, for I care for you..” the eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous and his ears are attentive unto their cries..” my peace I give unto you” behold they shall gather together against you but shall not prevail..” for God is faithful and just to forgive if we confess..” so you see it may be the devils desire that you would suffer and be shamed, discouraged and destroyed? but God has a divine plan that included life and joy, hope and healing for you! “ ..for I know the plans I have for you, thoughts of good and not of evil, plans to prosper you and give you peace..” so you see God is at work on your behalf also! It is his will that you enjoy life, that you grow in his grace! that you would know him personally not just read about him but experience him! he desires communion with you! “ It is the will of God that none should perish but that all should come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ..” except a man be born again he cannot enter the kingdom of heaven” ..he that believeth and is baptized shall be saved” God has had a divine plan for you since the beginning of time it has always been his will that you serve him, and know him, that you be saved from this evil, sin sick, and hell bound world! he has predestined that we be saved! its in his word! “ come out from among her, touch not the unclean thing..” be ye separate..” “ for whom he did foreknow he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.. Romans 8:29-31 you see its not meant for just you to be saved and the rest of your family to be lost? he said you would be the first born among your family? hello.. you see its the will of God to save them thru you, thru your witness? but unless you let God transform you, change you, break you, and mold you, he can’t use you! More over whom he predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified, and whom he justified them he also glorified.. if God be for us who can be against us” so in other words as far as God is concerned its a done deal! your as good as saved when your in his hands, so quit fretting and straying, doubting and worrying, for he said “and nothing shall pluck you out of my hands “ (the Greek word used is harpazo, meaning nothing can forcibly pluck you out, but you can leave willingly?) once you trust in him your secure! “ now unto him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy” Jude 1:24, you were Destined to be delivered! True repentence brings true salvation! NOT ONLY WILL HE SAVE YOU BUT HE WILL KEEP YOU! its going to be a joyful day on that glad reunion day on the sunny sweet banks of deliverance. hell was ur future but heaven is ur destiny! with all the hurt in this world God offers Hope! for all the Sin he offers his Son! but as usual there is always a few who want to do it their own way, who want to learn the lessons of life the hard way, who choose to ignore and even rebel, who choose dope instead of hope? gossip instead of the gospel? who choose to play instead of pray? some so stubborn, so hard, so hurt, so confused, they shut themselves out to the only one that can help and the bible says unless we confess, unless we choose of our own free will, unless we believe, we all perish! yeah some mock and criticize, even brag on their sinful ways but to them I say beware! I warn you! “ Be not deceived; God is not mocked whatsoever a man soweth that shall he surely reap” Galatians 6:7 in other words you play you will pay! judgment is coming! this world is hell bound! “ it is appointed unto man once to die after this the judgment” Hebrews 9:27, “ Let me share this the prophets of old talked about it, the apostles proclaimed it! the saints await it! and Bless God there will be a rapture (departure) of the Church, and consequently a judgment of the world! it’s coming! mark it down this o world is going down judgment bound! the cup is full, justice is due! the murders, abortions and perversions of our society cannot and will not go unpunished, the hatred and selfishness will bring consequences and woe to them! you cannot mock God but indeed some have? the time is near, watch n pray, get right! do right! he’s coming! “Behold I come quickly” “ For thus sayeth the Lord; we have heard a voice of trembling, of fear, and not of peace. ask ye now and see whether a man doth travail with child? wherefore do I see every man with his hands on his loins, as a woman in travail, and all faces are turned into paleness. Alas! for that day is great! so that none is like it, is even the time of Jacobs trouble (when all hell hits this earth)but ..you shall be saved out of it” and ye shall be my people, and I will be your God, behold .. the Lord goeth forth with fury, ..and with pain upon the head of the wicked” the fierce anger of the Lord shall not return, until he hath done it, until he hath performed the intents of his heart: In the latter days you shall consider it” These are those latter days! wake up! its time to take notice: At Johns Hopkins Medical University, there is a preparatory biological genetic program taking place in which men are being prepared to bare children? thus this could very soon be a reality as spoken of in the book of Jeremiah? could this as well as cloning, and abortions be the last straw before God decides to bring judgment? when man tries to be come Godlike himself, in his creative abilities? just something to think about? remember Eden? Satan lied to them ” for in the day ye eat of it ye shall be as GODS..” their punishment was judgment thus banishment from Gods presence! But judgment does not have to be your future? you WERE DESTINED TO BE DELIVERED’ ! because what he did for you and where he went for you how he suffered for you! its already taken care of the price has already been paid.. your destiny has been set! the promise is in the book, all you need to do is claim it! accept it! why not take a fresh look at Calvery once again? Can you imagine what he went thru? what it took, how much he suffered? why? because he had a plan and a purpose! ‘ FOR THE JOY THAT WAS SET BEFORE HIM HE ENDURED THE CROSS..” Hebrews 12:1-3 Remember his prayer? “ father if it be possible let this cup pass from me.. nevertheless not my will be done but thine!” brothers and sisters flesh just has to be put under, subjected to the power of the Holy Ghost! the will of man or flesh has to submit to Gods program, to Gods will, its time to grow up! this is not a time for mamsy pamsy limp wristed christianity? no wimps need apply.. Gods looking for.. men n women who will pray! who will shout the victory! who will read the word and respond in faith! who will step up to the challenge and fill the gap! who will care, love and listen.. “For God so loved the world that he gave his ..only son” But for this cause came I unto this world..“ I am come to seek and to save the lost” so he came to save the lost and hurting that’s us! but there’s a catch however you’ve got to realize that your lost before you can be saved? to many folks think their alright that nothings wrong with them, that their not bad like others are? “ for there are none righteous no not one for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God” Romans 3:10,23, Lets look at some bible incidents involving deliverance, first there is Mary Magdelene ever wonder what her life was like? yeah she was a prostitute? and oh what a life, oh what shame? what hurt? yes prostitutes do hurt did you know that? what loneliness, she must have felt all alone, you see for her it was her lovers by day and her drinks by night, the drinking was more medicinal than social you see it served to numb her mind from the humiliating sting and shame of her profession, oh how she often dreamed of a day when her knight in shinning armor would come and take her away from that ugly lifestyle, and give her a new name, but it was just a dream or was it? yeah prostitutes dream too, then one day while she prepared for her daily routine, she went out to her regular spot along the dusty alleyway and seeing the shadow of a figure walking she lowers her veil to reveal fleshly cleavage hoping to get his attention? then she meets his eyes, eyes with a depth she has never seen nor felt? unlike most men his eyes do not follow the contours of her lightly clothed body, but rather pierce deep in her inner soul and heart, as he whispers Mary Mary the love you seek you will never find here but come follow me “ for I care for you..” she has never felt such genuine love before and is unable to contain nor understand it, she steps back and turns away, thus he turns and walks away, for he will never force himself upon anyone, at that it hits her with the full force of his love and mercy and she falls to the ground and tears begin to flow and flow, alas she has found true love! she looks up and he’s gone, she begins to look and search for him, she finds him and out of a grateful heart she washes his feet with her hair and the expensive alabaster box of oil, the rest is history, or so we read in our bible, there’s more to this story than you see, the significance is in the purpose of the alabaster box? Another story: ever hear the one of the widow at Nain? she lost her son to death? a widow? meaning she had lost her husband earlier in life? and death was no stranger to her, all she had was her son, now he was gone, oh what a life this would be, scavenging for food in the back alleyways and garbage cans, looking for scant leftovers, sleeping in the dusty dark alleys.. you see back then that was the lot of most women left without a man to look out for them? Now here she is on the highway of despair and lossness? on a road along the backside of Nain carrying her sadness and hopelessness, then on the other side of this road is traveling Jesus with his cargo of mercy and truth, help and hope, life and love, it is here the two roads and their travelers are about to clash and so with her entourage, of saddened people, death will meet life, defeat will meet victory, faith will meet failure! Jesus said: “ I am the Resurrection and the life.. whosoever believeth in me shall never die” (anybody wonder why Jesus choose to travel along the backside of Nain on this day instead of on the main road? she was destined to be delivered!) And another story; remember the demoniac? ever wondered what that was like? it must be terrible to be under the control of demons who only come to “ steal, kill, and destroy..” oh how he must have felt? oh how he must have longed for deliverance? what madness? what pain, what emptiness, what abandonment, what shame, what rejection, he must have felt, maybe he prayed, maybe he cried, notice the bible said’s always night and day he cried and cut himself.. and if only for it split second during a moment of sanity he cried? that was all it took to get the attention of Jesus? (for the bible saids ”that if thou shall confess the Lord Jesus thou shall be saved”) notice Jesus came with clothes? ever wonder why? read it, Jesus said I must needs go to the other side! he had a purpose, after this encounter the man was seated fully clothed and in his right mind remember he use to run around naked, cursing, cutting, and screaming but now here he is set free! he was destined to be delivered! I close with this: as found in the book of Revelation 21: 3-8, “ and I heard a great voice out of Heaven saying, Behold the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God, and God shall wipe away all tears.. there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain, for the former things are passed away.. for these words are true and faithful.. I will give unto him/her that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.. he that overcometh shall inherit all things.. So we can clearly see that God is a God of mercy and love! and he will in time make all things right, he will heal, he will save, he will restore, he will give fullness and purpose to all.. and he does even now, if we let him? you see Hell was your future but now Heaven is your destiny! will you claim it? will you believe it? will you live like it? you have to choose to be saved? Sure God wants to save all but not all will accept him? and he is full of mercy, but the flip side of that is he is also a God of justice! and will bring justice to pass upon those whom have denied him and refused him, who have mocked and attacked his people.. justice is long overdue. “ but the fearful and unbelieving, the abominable, murderers, whoremongers, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake of fire which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death “ “faithful is he who hath called you who also will do it..” “he which hath begin a good work in you will complete it..” “ for God is faithful and just to forgive if we confess..” (please every head bowed every eye closed.. ) So perhaps you may find yourself today feeling distant from Gods mercy or truth? maybe you feel like life’s to difficult at times? to hard for you to live right let alone please God? maybe for you God’s word is so confusing, so hard to understand? maybe you feel so unloved and unwanted? I’d like you to know he cares! HE BELIEVES IN YOU! he has a plan for you! “ for I know the thoughts I have towards you, thoughts of peace and not of evil..” not only does he have a plan to save you! but to keep you! and he is well able to! “ now unto him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy” Jude 1:23-24 We will never be good enough for him but one things for sure he is good enough for us! he loves you not because of anything we’ve done for him, but because of what he’s done for us! he died that we might live for him, to know him for ever and ever not just today?. whatever your problem is he’s the solution! whatever your sickness he’s the healer! whatever your hurts he’s the comforter!
