CL: SONG HUNG KY HIEP

Vu Luan vai Tieu Long Nhi Foreword:
This is one of my MOST favorite cai luong by actors in the present time. After watching this play, I became a LOYAL fan of Vu Luan!!! He was AMAZING in the role of Tieu Long Nhi. Not only does he possessed a wonderful voice, he also has great acting skills. Moreover, he l@@ks so cute!!! =) B4, I only watched him in serious roles & so he didn't really stand out for me. That is, until I watched THIS one. He was so captivating in this spontaneous role. Kim Tu Long was also very good as Hoa Son Tuyet. He l@@ked very handsome & charming. Moreover, great applauds for Binh Tinh in the role of Tieu Long Nhi when he was small. I have always like Binh Tinh for she is always very sharp in all her roles despite her young age. Other great actings by Trinh Nhan (cute!), Thoai My, Trinh Trinh, Van Ha & Chi Linh.

I got the chance to watch the DVD chinese movie of Song Hung Ky Hiep (1983 version) w/ Tony Leung recently. I must say this cai luong was quite accurate in depicting the story. Tony Leung was very good in the role of Tieu Long Nhi w/ all his bubly personality, but I actually like the actor in the role of Hoa Son Tuyet more. He was very good looking. The chinese actress in the role of Di Hoa Cung Chu l@@ked so much like Thanh Thanh Tam...I was amazed. I took some of the pix from both cai luong & the chinese version. Click Here to see. Enjoy! =)

Ngoc Ddang vai Ddai Nuong Summary:
The story started out w/ Giang Sinh declaring his love for Hoa Thuy Ngo & vice versa. Unfortunately, their affair came to the attention of Di Hoa Cung Chu (Thanh Thanh Tam). She was the mistress of Hoa Thuy Ngo. She had rescued Giang Sinh & also happened to love him. Thus to be together, Giang Sinh & Hoa Thuy Ngo decided to run away from Di Hoa Cung since she was also pregnant w/ his child. Also, they also had w/ them the map to the treasure in some island which they intent to give to Ddong Phien Ddai Hiep (Chi Linh), their close friend. They were able to live peacefully for several months until the birth of their twin sons. But on a tragic day, Huy Gia (Kim Tieu Long), Di Hoa's faithful assistant, who also happened to love her secretly, found their hideout. Di Hoa came soon after demanding Hoa Thuy Ngo's death but unfortunately, she was a bit too late. Nguy Hung, the servant, had poisoned Giang Sinh & Hoa Thuy Ngo & stole the treasure map. Di Hoa was livid that she didn't have the pleasure to kill both of them w/ her own hands. However, she began to think up a better revenge. W/ both Giang Sinh & Hoa Thuy Ngo died leaving behind their twin enfants, she then decided to take the older one w/ her, while leaving the brother for Ddong Phien to raise. The older twin she named Hoa Son Tuyet & the young one she called Tieu Long Nhi. She planned to raise the the older child & then later have him killed his own brother. That was her plan in paying back Giang Sinh & Hoa Thuy Ngo for betrayed her.

Years passed. Hoa Son Tuyet (Thanh Thao)grew up in Di Hoa Cung w/ best education. Despite all the materials, his life was very strict. He became a very serious young man who didn't know any fun because Di Hoa wouldn't allow him to. In contrast to him, his younger twin (Binh Tinh) grew up w/ 3 peculiar characters. His life was very carefree & Tieu Long Nhi always played tricks on ppls. =)

One day, however, when they both reached 18. Hoa Son Tuyet (Kim Tu Long) was then ordered by Di Hoa to go out explore the world. She made him promised to kill 1 person for her later, which he hesitated but agreed. Tieu Long Nhi (Vu Luan) still ran around carefree until he was called in & was told by Ddong Phien Ddai Hiep the story of his parents' tragic death. 3 vi tinh tu & Ddong Phien then demanded him to go find treasure in Nam Phien & also his twin brother. He then set on his journey where he would meet & befriend Hoa Son Tuyet & Chiec Tam Lang (Thoai My). His adventure also took him to meet Thuy Anh who he almost killed. He & Chiec Tam Lang would bond together, fighting against cong chua Xuan Trang (Van Ha) And cong chua Xuan Trang w/ her jealousy for Hoa Son Tuyet's love would plot to hurt Chiec Tam Lang.

So will Tieu Long Nhi able to find his twin brother b4 they unknowingly hurt each other as Di Hoa planned?

Will Hoa Son Tuyet able to declare his love for Chiec Tam Lang even though he guessed Chiec Tam Lang loved Tieu Long Nhi?

And able to do so, will Hoa Son Tuyet & Chiec Tam Lang find happiness despite cong chua Xuan Trang's jealous revenges?

And will the two brothers able to bind together to kill the traitor Nguy Hung who had killed off their parents?!
