Update: 11.20.03 The SonicSeven was taken from my apartment complex in SW Portland in late October. It was found in Damascus, OR..... stripped. Body kit, wing, wheels, seats, pedals, steering wheel, shift knob, mirrors, hood scoop insert, strut bar, gauges, etc were all taken. Most everything was damaged in the interior and the taillights were broken too. A huge loss on my part, the car was not fully covered. Any info from anyone to help me get my stuff back or find out who did it would be great. Current pictures of the SonicSeven

Vehicle Purpose: This vehicle was purchased August 2003. Oringinally red, paint was the first thing done to this car. At the time of the paint job, the body kit was also added. The car is nothing worth bragging about power wise. The extreme high mileage, near 200,000 miles is completly unheard of in a turbo rotary (generally only 100,000 miles is their lifespan). The best time this car has ever seen in the 1/4 mile is 15.5x@xxmph. The plan was to swap out the factory 13bt motor with a 13b RE Eunos Cosmo motor (basically the same as the 93- RX-7 turbo motor). An upgrade rebuild by Pineapple Racing would be done before the conversion. The estimated HP of the set up would net around 400 at the wheels. Heavily into the 12 second 1/4 mile times witht hat kind of power. When will this conversion happen? Hard to say with the recent purchase of the Mazdaspeed Protege (SonicSpeed).
