The Zit

I would like to take time to thank my friend Night Shade for helping me to finish this story when I had writer’s block. With out her help, I would never have gotten it done. Thanks Night Shade! You’re a real friend!

It’s Monday morning in the Son household. Gohan is running around the house trying to get ready for school. “Oh shit, I’m going to be late again. Why can’t school start much later?” Suddenly he hears his mom shouting from the kitchen.

“Gohan!"

::The sound of a dish breaking::

"Watch your mouth young man! I do not want Goten to pick up that mad language. You think because you’re a teenager you can teach your little brother how to be a potty mouth?” Gohan looks over at Goten who is sitting by the breakfast table grinning at him. “I’m sorry mother, it won’t happen again.” Gohan says giving his mother one of those cute puppy dog looks like his father.

“It better not. My lord, you hang out with your father and those others too much.” Before Chi-Chi can finish her nagging, he interrupts her. “I'd love to hear the rest of it mom, but I’m late as it is. Bye! Love you!”

When Gohan gets to his high school, he is seen by a janitor sprinting down the hall towards his to first class.

“Oh great, I’m late. I wish I could get here on time for once.” He groans sliding to a stop before his classroom door.

Before he enters he prepares himself mentally. He knows that the teacher is going to yell at him for being late again. It certainly isn't the first time he's been late...

“Hey Gohan, your lucky the teacher is not here, yet!” Gohan hears as he opens the door and sticks his head in. He looks around to see who was yelling and sees someone waving at him. It's Videl. “If she doesn’t show in the next 5 minutes we all get to leave!” Gohan thinks to him-self (cool), and walks up to Videl and his other classmates.

Lunchtime comes and Gohan can finally relax. “Oh man, I’m staving. Lets see what mom has fixed for me today?” So he gets out his school bag and pulls out a huge brown paper bag. Gohan is half way done eating his lunch when Videl walks up behind him and puts her hand on his shoulder. “Hi, Gohan!” Gohan almost chokes on his food and turns his head to face Videl.

“Cough, cough, Videl, cough. Hi.” Videl's eyes grow wide. “Oh Gohan, I’m so sorry. I didn’t mean for you to choke like that.” Videl says turning to leave but Gohan grabs her hand. “Don’t go Videl, I’m okay. No harm done.”

“Are you sure? I feel awful about what I did or I should say, what I almost did to you.” Gohan smiles. “Hey, I said I’m okay. Come here and sit down with me.” So Videl nods and sits down facing him.

They both smile at each other and then stare down at the table. “So what brings you down my way?” He finally asks her. Videl looks up at him. “Well my father is throwing some kind dance this Saturday night and I need a date for that evening. I was just wondering if you could be my date?” She says looking back down to the table and blushing. Gohan is surprised that Videl is asking him out on a date. Gohan wonders if it is all just a dream. He can’t believe what he just heard!

“Yo, hey Earth to Gohan, wake up!” Yelled Videl waving her hand in front of his face. “Oh, I’m sorry. This Saturday, oh sure, I’ll be your date.” Videl grabs his head and kisses Gohan on the cheek. “Thanks, Gohan. You’re a real lifesaver. Oh make sure you wear a black suit and tie; not that silly Great Saiya Man costume. Okay see ya later.” She adds and quickly runs out of the lunchroom, leaving Gohan in a daze.

It is six o’clock by the time Gohan gets home. Goku and Chi-Chi smile at their oldest son as he walks in the door. “Oh Gohan, you just arrived in time. Your mom has dinner ready for us.” Gohan smiles to his mother who is setting the table. “Thanks mom, I’ve been staving since four o’clock!” They all laugh and sit down for dinner. As Gohan looks around the table at all the food, his mouth starts watering, but then he notices that his little brother is not there.

“Where’s Goten, mom?” Asks Gohan with a worried tone to his voice. “Oh his gone to Trunks’ house for dinner tonight. He has been driving me up the wall all day today, so Bulma and Vegeta agreed to keep him for a few hours.”

“Well I just hope Vegeta doesn’t kill him. You know how little boys get, remember Gohan?” Gohan looks at his mother with a shocked expression and then quickly realizes that she's just joking around with him. “Funny mom, that was a good one.” Gohan rolls his eyes and though (Yeah! Right.) “I don’t get it?” Said Goku with his mouth full. Chi-Chi just shook her head and thought (you dork.)

“So how was school today? Were you late?” Gohan can see that she is ready to yell at him and dreads saying anything at all but he can't lie to her. “It was okay and yes I was late, but the teacher wasn’t there, so I didn’t get in to trouble.” Chi-Chi did feel angry at Gohan, but decided to let this pass this once.

“Oh yeah! Videl, a girl from my class asked me out on a date this Saturday night.” He quickly added. Chi-Chi and Goku looked at each other. “Isn't this Videl, the daughter of that jerk Hercule? Who clams that he defeated Cell?” Gohan looked his mother in the eye to answer her. “Yes, she is.” To everyone's shock, Chi-Chi stands up and slams her fist on the table.

“YOU’RE NOT GOING OUT WITH THAT GIRL! NOT NOW AND NOT EVER!” Gohan could feel his blood pressure rising; how could she be so cruel? It wasn't Videl's fault her father lied about defeating Cell. He wasn't going to let his mother talk badly about Videl.

“I’m 17 years old mom! I don’t need your permission to go on a date!” Gohan yelled backed surprised at himself. It was the first time he had ever yelled back at is mother but it also felt good.

“GO TO YOUR ROOM! NOW!”

“But mom...” He whined in defeat.

“DON’T BUT MOM, ME! GO TO YOUR ROOM, NOW!”

“Do what your mother tells you son.” Goku managed shoving his face with food. Gohan gets up from the table and grabs his plate to bring with him to his room but Chi-Chi slaps his hand. “NO MORE FOOD FOR YOU TONIGHT MISTER!”

Gohan sighs and leaves the table still hungry. As he lies there on his bed, he listens to his mother talk to her and argues with his father. He could tell that his father wasn’t paying any attention to her, which wasn't unusual.

::more dishes breaking::

Finally Gohan falls asleep a few minutes later.

Tuesday morning finally arrives. Gohan gets up early for once and runs to the bathroom to get ready. After he showers and does his business, he gets out his razor to shave. But before he can, he notices a little tiny white-reddish dot on his fore head.

“Oh just great, I have a zit. Right in the middle of my fore head too...” He groans trying to pop it but then changes his mind. “Maybe I should just put some clear-a-cal on. It should be gone by tomorrow. It'll hide it too, so I won't humiliate myself in front of Videl today.

Gohan goes to school and has a good day. Nobody notices his zit. He talks to all his friends and to Videl. After school he goes to one of the rental shops in town. The shop clerk goes up to Gohan as he walks into the shop with his nose up the air. “Come I help you young man?” Gohan looks at him and wonders what’s wrong with his voice.

“I'm here the rent a suit for this Saturday.”

“We have some here for five dollars or is that to much for you, sir?”

“What do you think I am, a fool? I'm here to buy the best.”

“Well if the shoes fit sir.” Smirked the shop clerk turning away but then Gohan pulls out his golden credit card and holds it in front of his nose, (Opps! I mean Chi-Chi’s golden credit card.) The shop clerk stops and smiles at him. “Come right this way sir, and let us find something that will fit.”

Gohan buys him-self the whole nine yards; a black suit, dress shoes and tie, a long white sleeve shirt and socks. After that, he even goes to the drug store and buys himself some hair gel, breath spray, a roll on stick and a box of condoms extra large, just in case... The old store clerk ringing up the items, has to open his mouth and say something.

“Expecting a big night, hey sonny?”

“Yeah, I guess you could say that.” Gohan says grinning at himself.

“When I was your age we didn’t do no hanky panky, we waited till after we were married for six weeks to have sex.” Gohan look at the old store clerk and thought to himself (okay, what ever.) The old store clerk put the stuff in a brown paper bag and then handed it go Gohan.

When Gohan got home, he was late for dinner and in the Son household that was a big no-no. Chi-Chi yelled at him as soon as he stepped through the door. “YOU’RE LATE WEAR HAVE YOU BEEN?” Gohan opens his mouth to speak but before he can say anything she interrupts him.

“Oh wait, don’t tell me you were with that *****!”

“Mother!” Said Gohan staring at his mother in shock.

Even Goku is shocked from the words coming out of his wife’s mouth. “Now, Chi-Chi honey, Gohan is old enough to...”

DING!

Poor Goku falls to the floor while Chichi stands above him with a big black frying pan in her hands. She snarls and turns to Gohan. “Gohan I told once and I’m telling you again... You are not going out with that girl!” Gohan nod his head in agreement just to quiet his mother but still intends to go with Videl.

(this is not over.)

They all ate dinner in peace the matter dropped but Goku still sits on the floor too afraid that Chi-Chi may hit him again with her frying pan. {{Geesh!}}

Wednesday morning arrives and Gohan is up early again. After his shower he looks at himself at the mirror and is shocked to discover that his zit has gotten bigger. Not willing to pop it yet, he puts some more zit cream on it and heads off to school once he is dressed.

On his way to school, he spots some people robbing a bank. They are stealing the ATM bank machine, literally lifting it up and putting it on the back of their truck. Gohan turns himself into The Great Saiya Man and stops them in 30 seconds flat without even breaking a sweat. A few minutes later the police finely arrived and take the thieves away but not before thanking The Great Saiya Man for stopping them.

“No problem officer, glad to help.” He shouts and taking off in the sky for school again. Amazingly, he is not late.

At lunchtime Videl comes up to Gohan and whisper into his ear. “I heard you had a busy morning on your way to school this morning.”

“Nothing I couldn’t handle, Videl.” He whispers back.

“Hmm, Well we'll see if you can handle me this Saturday night big boy. Hee-hee.” She smirks and walks off. Gohan completely baffled.

He picks up his suit after school and goes home but when he gets there, no one is around. He finds a note on the refrigerator explaining that they all went over to the Briefs for dinner and went bed but not before eating everything in the fridge.

It is Thursday morning and after he's finished with his shower he steps up to his mirror, crosses his finger and wipes away the fog.

“Ahhhhh! The zit it’s gotten bigger, shit!” By now the zit is bigger than his small fingernail.

“What am I going to do now? The dance is in two days!” Right then, there's a loud banging on the bathroom door. “GOHAN WHAT DID I TELL YOU ABOUT USING THAT POTTY MOUTH!”

Gohan groans and opens the door accidentally knocking his mother to the floor.

"Ooops..." Not wanting to face his mother’s anger again, he quickly dresses and leaves.

In his first class Videl looks at him and smiles at the silly hat he is wearing. “So what’s with the hat today?” Gohan turns his head to face her careful to keep his he low. “Oh, I'm just having a bad hair day.”

“Do you want me to fix it for you, Gohan?” Videl questions about to remove his hat.

“No don’t do that!” Videl yanks her hand back and some of the students around him turn and stared at him.

“I mean not right now, okay?" Videl look at him strangely. “Okay, what ever you say...”

So for the rest of the day Gohan keeps Videl as far from his hat as possible.

Before Gohan goes home that day, he first makes a trip to the drug store to get the strongest zit cream available. Gohan rolls his eyes recognizing the same old guy that helped him before, standing behind the register.

“Ahh, your back sonny. Did you forget to buy something?”

“No, not really. What's the strongest zit cream you have?”

"Well sonny, the strongest is oxe.” “Thanks man, you’re a real help.” Before Gohan was about to pick some. “Wait a minute sonny, I have something new and I believe it’s better than that stuff you have there in your hand.”

“What is it?”

“Oh something I made up in my free time, would you like to try it?”

“I don’t know...”

“Well sonny, it's up to you if you want to pay ten dollars for the oxe or try my stuff for free.”

“Free!” Gohan leaned up into his face excited.

“Yes for free, I don’t like repeating myself sonny.”

“Okay, I’ll take it!”

So the old store clerk gives him some of his home made zit cream.

“Now remember sonny, it will take two days for that stuff to work, it’s magic.”

“Okay sir and thank you.”

When he gets home Chi-Chi is about to leave. “Oh hi Gohan. Dinner is ready for you and your brother and I are going out with Bulma tonight. It’s bingo night and your father is out fighting with Vegeta, so he might not be home until some time tomorrow.”

Chi-Chi closes the door and quickly gets in the car. Gohan is looking around the house wondering were Goten is hiding. He puts his stuff down and then something jumps on to his back yelling.

“GOHAN, I’M STAVING. FEED ME NOW, OR I’M TELLING MOMMY AND DADDY, YOU WERE BEING MEAN TO ME, AGAIN!”

“Get off of me Goten or I will be mean to you for real.” Said Gohan trying not to yell. Then Goten started to cry. “Waaa, waaa! It’s not my fault, Trunks took my lunch because he was very hungry and I didn’t eat all day. Waaa, waaa!” Gohan felt sorry for his little brother.

“Hey that’s okay little guy, we’ll have supper right now.” Goten hugs him and they both sit down for dinner.

After dinner, Gohan and Goten put a whole lot of dishes by the sink for Chi-Chi to wash when she gets home. That finished, Gohan grabs his school bag containing the jar of home made zit cream, and goes to the bathroom. When he opens the jar, it smells really bad like something just died.

“ I just hope this stuff works…” Mutters Gohan getting down on his knees and praying but just as he’s about to put it on a little voice surprises him from behind.

“What’s that fucking smell?” Gohan turns around to his little brother and tells him while holding his nose, “Goten were did you learn to say that?” He knew that if Chi-Chi or Goku heard him say that, they’d both be in a lot of trouble.

“Oh, I hear it all time when I’m at Trunks’ house.”

“Well if mom or dad hear you say that, tell them that’s where you learned it, okay?”

“Okay big bro. So what’s that smell?”

“It’s zit cream, now go away.” Gohan said putting some on and it tickled.

After a few hours of studying, Gohan was ready for bed until. “WHO LIFTED THESE DIRTY DISHES IN MY KITCHEN? GOHAN! GOTEN! AND WHAT’S THAT SMELL?” Yelled Chi-Chi.

Friday morning…

Gohan gets up very early, earlier than usual and slowly walks to the bathroom to see if the zit cream worked or not but when he turns the light on and looks at himself in the mirror, he’s shocked at what he finds.

“Oh my God, it’s really… freaking huge like a thumb nail, now.” Trying not to yell.

“Oh this is, this is just great. The dance is tomorrow and I don’t know if I could face Videl with this thing on my head.” He says to himself but then remembers that today is a P.D. day and that means that he doesn’t have to go to school. Gohan makes a dissention. He decides to pop the zit once and for all.

“BANG!”

Chi-Chi and Goku wake up to the loud noise coming from some where in the house and so they both got out of bed and run towards the bathroom. When they get there, they find Gohan standing over the sink, facing the mirror. He is covered in a white gooey mess and some of it is still attached to his fore head.

To his further humiliation both Chi-Chi and Goku try not to laugh, but they can’t help it.

“HA, HA, HA, HEE, HEE, HO, HO, HO, HA, HA!”

“Yeah, yeah. Laugh it up you two,” says Gohan getting very angry. Chi-Chi comes up to him and says. “Well since you have the day off, I guest you will be cleaning the bathroom before you have your breakfast.”

“Yes, mother.” Gohan says grabbing some toilet paper and begins wiping some of the mess off the mirror.

After Gohan was done cleaning the bathroom he notices that it was oh most lunchtime.

“Man, it took me all morning to clean up that crap.”

Gohan very hungry comes in and sits down to watch his mother making lunch.

“So did you do a nice job of cleaning the bathroom?” Chi-Chi asks him.

“Yes mother, it so clean you can eat off it.” She did not care for Gohan’s ton of voice but understands he’s only cranky because he missed breakfast. Suddenly, there is a knock at the front door. Goku goes to answer it and is greeted by Trunks who has his backpack and sleeping bag.

“Goten! Trunks’ here to see you!” Goku yells to the kitchen and turns back to Trunks.

“Trunks what brings you by?”

“Well dad told me to come up here so he could play kissie, kissie with mom and he doesn’t want to see me until tomorrow evening or Sunday evening.” He explains looking over at Gohan sitting at the table.

“Hey Gohan what’s with the band-aid on your head?” Before he can answer, Goten comes in. “He popped a huge zit there, do you want to see it? It’s in the bathroom, in the garbage can.”

“Sure!” Says Trunks and together they run to the bathroom. Chi-Chi and Gohan both shack their heads and say at the same time, “this is going be a bad weekend.”

Saturday morning…

Gohan is tired because last night his dad, Goten and Trunks had stayed up all night making smore bars and playing video games of course with the volume blasting through the house.

Gohan dragged himself out of bed to check his fore head in the bathroom.

“Ah, no some of the zit is still there!”

“Well, at lease it’s not as big as before.” Then he hears little feet running towards him. It’s Goten and Trunks.

“We heard it came back. Are you going to pop it again?” Asking the boys.

Gohan look at them. “Why don’t you two just fuck off and leave me alone.” The boys look at each other, eyebrows raised. “Wooo, I’m telling mommy you said a bad word!”

“Hey Trunks maybe we should sing a song, to make Gohan feel better.” Suggests Goten with a grin.

“Okay, you’re on!” Trunks laughs.

“I said leave me alone.” Gohan was getting angrier by the second, so the boys start to sing.

“There was a teenager who live in a small house, a very small house indeed. And one day he notices a zit, a very tiny zit indeed. So the teenager pops the zit and the zit was gone. But what he will soon find out, that the zit came back bigger then before. Oh the zit came back the very next day, the zit came back, and he thought it was goner, but the zit came back the very next day bigger then ever. Oh the zit came back the very next day, the zit came back, and he thought it was a goner, the zit came back and it just wouldn’t stay away….

short pause

One more time!” Gohan turns Super Sayian and screams at them. “I told you two to leave me alone, Grrrr!” The boys get scared and run off. Gohan looks back to the mirror and applies some more of that special zit cream, adding a band-aid to hide it. He then shakes his head. “I hope it will go away by tonight.” He then hears Chi-Chi yelling.

“YOU THREE MESSED UP MY KITCHEN GOOD THIS TIME. IF YOU PEOPLE WANT BREAKFAST, GO AND FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE! OH, OH, THAT SMELL IS BACK!”

The night has finely arrived and Gohan is pretty worried about his zit. He hated to have to face Videl with the band-aid on. As he is thinking this, he looks into the mirror.

Ahhhhh……….No ******* way!!!”

“GOOOOOHHHAAAAAN! WHAT DID I SAY ABOUT USING THAT LANGEAGE!!!?? YOU’RE NOT SUPPOSED TO USE THAT TYPE OF LANGEAGE AROUND YOUR LITTLE BROTHER!”

“Well you’re not the one who’s going on a date with Videl!”

Chi-Chi replies in a furious voice. “WHAT? YOU ARE NOT GOING OUT WITH THAT *****! I DON’T THINK SO! YOU’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE MISTER! YOUR STAYING HOME AND THAT’S FINAL!!”

“But mom!”

“BUT NOTHING!”

Gohan thinks to himself (if my mom thinks, she going to stop me from going on a date with Videl, then she’s wrong.) But then something came to his mind he just remembered. He remembered that his parents were going to take Goten and maybe Trunks to a kid’s movie pretty soon and so they would be gone for least 2 to 3 hours. He could sneak!

Later that evening Gohan leaves covering his zit with another band-Aid. (Hum…maybe I should wear this black band-dana on so no one would see the band-aid as well.) Thought Gohan.

When Gohan arrives at the dance, Videl greets him.

“Oh hi Gohan!” She said in a cheerful voice. “I’m so happy that you could make it.”

“Yeah! Me too. Well, shall we?” He asks holding his arm out for her to take. They walk out to the dance floor and start to dance.

“Hey Videl, does your father know you asked me to go out with you tonight?”

“Heee-heee-he, no.” Giggled Videl.

“Why should he know Gohan?” She asked.

“Well my mom totally flipped out when I told her that I was going out with you tonight and I’m suppose to be home right now.”

“Oh you snuck out? Oh that is so cool Gohan. So how often are you going to sneak out like this?” She asks smiling at him.

“As many times as you want to see me, Videl.” The instant she hears him say that she gives him a tight hug.

“Oh Gohan! Oh but Gohan?”

“Hmm?” He sighs staring off into space happily.

“Why are you wearing that band-dana?”

Beginning to worry he quickly thinks up an excuse, “well, its just that I…. couldn’t fine the right top hat for this outfit, and I thought that it would look really cool.”

“Oh. Okay that’s fine Gohan. The important thing is that you’re my date tonight.” She smiles wrapping her arms around his waist. She hears a light crackling sound from Gohan’s coat pocket and snakes her hand in to his pocket pulling out one of his condoms.

She blushes and sees that it’s an extra large size. She grins to herself and puts it back.

Sunday morning…

Gohan woke up and found himself in the back seat of the car, in a huge garage, with Videl in his arms. He also found his pants and underwear around his ankles along with Videl’s underwear around his head.

She wakes up and looks at him. “Oh Gohan you were so wonderful last night, I didn’t know sex could be this much fun. Specially with you.” She leans forward and kisses him on the lips, then pulls her underwear off his head. Gohan grabs it away from her and kisses her back with more passion but then glances at his watch.

“Oh look at the time, its 6:30. If I’m not home in an hour my mom will find out that I sneaked out.” Gohan was starting put his pants back on, but Videl stopped him for a minute with a smile to tell him something.

“Before you go Gohan, can we do it one more time?”

He looks at her and gently kisses her cheek.

“I’d love to but I only brought one condom with me.”

Before Videl can say anything a gruff voice interrupts them.

“VIDEL WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN THE BACK SEAT WITH THAT LOSER?” Videl and Gohan looked up, it was Videl’s father yelling at them.

“Uh oh!”

Gohan quickly zips up his pants, kisses Videl, and gets out of the car running out of the garage with Videl’s father chasing after him. He flies home really fast.

When Gohan gets home, he goes to his bedroom window and craws inside. Gohan quickly removes his clothing to his underwear and hides his suit in the closet. He gets into bed with five minutes to spare. Gohan thinks to himself (woo, what at night I had.) Just then, his door opens a crack. “Oh Gohan, are you a wake? Breakfast is ready.” Chi-Chi says cheerfully.

“I’ll be right there mom.” He says looking down on the floor and his eyes were bug out. Videl’s underwear is lying on the floor and his mom was walking into his room. Before she can see them, he stretches out and grabs them, hiding them under his pillow.

“Well you better be quick or your father and little brother will eat it all.” Gohan nods at her and she leaves.

After breakfast Gohan goes to the bathroom and stops at the mirror. “I hope the zit is gone by now.” He pulls it and hears a ting. Looking down at the sink, he notices a little rock type thing that was his zit.

Now he worried that he may have a big hole in his head but as he slowly looks into the minor he smiles with relief. The big hole he expected to find is just a pin-sized hole so he just washes up and showers. After his shower he looks at himself one more time in the minor.

Gohan notices a small, tiny reddish white dot on the top of his nose.

“Ahhhh!”

THE END

Poor Gohan, he had to put up with that zit on his fore head and his mother yelling at him all week, and when he thought he gets rid of it, another takes its place. Ain’t I just the meanest person putting Gohan through it again?
