The Sierra Cottage is a brand new house with 2 bedrooms and 1 and 1/2 bathrooms.  On the lower level of this cozy getaway, there is a living room with a wood burning fireplace, a spacious kitchen connecting to the sunroom with a gorgeous wooded view, and a laundry area with washer & dryer.  Also, on the lower level are the master bedroom, second bedroom and full bathroom.

The upper level is accessed by the spiral staircase that starts in the kitchen.  It includes a loft with a sleeper sofa with a half bathroom and opens to the living room below.

The front of the cottage has a front porch with seating looking out to the sparkling water and vast foliage, which surrounds Lake Arrowhead. The back has a patio set and a bbq.
