Assignment #1: Chapter Summary

Description: This is a team assignment worth 25 points[1]. It requires that each team present a summary of a reading on the date scheduled. The presentation should take no more than 5 minutes and presenters can use any format they wish to present the material (chalk board, handouts, overhead slides, PowerPoint, video etc.) Presenters should be prepared to answer questions from their audience. Written summaries are due the day of the presentation. Each written summary must include:

• Highlights of the chapter (bullets of key ideas, important points, new terms);
• A statement about what you learned, found interesting, and/or would like more information about; and
• 1 suggested multiple choice test question for the next exam (based on information covered in the summary)

Assignments #2-16: Study Questions

Description: Each Monday, students will receive several study questions from the required reading. These assignments are due the following Monday via email and will cover material for the current week.
