What about the people who are not in the area that is to be surveyed or are in the area where sewers are not slated to be installed? It is fine to say that the core of Sooke and Broomhill are the focus - the need is there. What about the "other parts" of Sooke whose residents aren't even being asked anything? I live on Whiffen Spit and I want sewers if offered. I think the rest of us should at least be asked the question.
