About Me:

This is like answering a behavioral interview question. You don't know where to start and when to end. But I'll take a shot at it.

I was born in Calcutta (now known as Kolkata..if that was bothering you). Did my schooling in Don Bosco Park Circus (aka Don Bosco Calcutta). Apparently I was good at studies. And after topping most of my classes and getting pretty good scores in ICSE and ISC, I finally found that school life was over.

I had missed out a lot of things in school and especially a school like DB where a lot of other things are given as much of an importance as academics. So I thought of changing myself a little bit.

I sort of began a new life at my college- Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. I was studying Electrical Engineering there. Although I picked up a lot of extra curricular activities there, I am sorry to say that bad habits don't die so easily. I found myself at the top of the class at IIT too. Luckily now I had greater competition and after toggling between Department first and second every semester I finally ended up second at the end of my undergrads. All kudos to my friend and Dep topper Rajeev Dokania.
It is a thing of the past now and when I sit back and reflect about it, I just smile. But frankly speaking I can not forgive the Economics Professor who screwed my grade in the final semester. #@?!*##~@

Luckily my academics helped me find a berth at my dream university- Stanford. I set sail for the American shores to do my MS in Electrical Engineering. After spending five quarters, I finally graduated (well a month ago) with a GPA to boast about but unluckily to no one. People here are not too interested in their grades in grad school. Not that I was interested very much myself..but as I had said earlier- bad habits never die easily.

So here I am now at the present juncture of time updating you guys about what has been happening to me so far.
Myself...who else can it be?
