(I just want you who are here to know that you wouldn't know that I am a Webmaster by trade by looking at this page, but it was my first one six years ago and I am keeping it here for laughs and to remind me that I wasn't so cool at one time at web designing...)

I came back here now in 2007 and Wow, even more years have gone by and it is still here. Maybe they forgot about me...

So, we get to the question, Who is this guy, and why Did Pat Boone buy a pair of leather jeans, and cross into the metal realm ? Ahh, nothing like getting to the point at hand... (uh, which is...OH Yeah..) the reason you clicked the guitar...

I'm a guitar player who's been lucky enough to play
with some pretty cool people...
Jammed on stage with Sheila E a couple of times...
Funked it up with George Clinton one night...
Even did a number with Ben Vereen...
( Sheila E had better legs )

But one of the most fun
I-don't-have-to-move-or-touch-any-of-my-gear gigs, was with St.Paul Peterson, supporting
(o.k... warming up ) The New Kids on the Block . Yes, it's true, They didn't lip sync... ( although maybe it wouldn't have been such a bad idea )

The cast of characters inducted into the NKOTB Hall of fame :

( L to R ) Todd Marx ,
(never mind the guy in the middle for now...) and Joe Finger( no, The guy in the middle isn't his name, hey...I've met some of you people on the net... ) But that 's Jamie Chezzz .He's beat'n the drums with a band that's supporting ( O.k... warming up ) The Dave Matthews Band. The Finger guy is a drummer too.( Thus proves the " dime a dozen " theory. )Joe's the one that played drums on the St.Paul tour with me.

Hey,if you ever get the chance to do a tour, take it. It's nothin' but fun... ( so what if you dont' play, you could carry around a cord and walk real fast , and no one would question you for weeks! )

Another band I played in was one called:

( Clockwise from top )
Jason: Drums, Jim: Bass, Todd: Guitar & Vocals

MR. SLATE was a cool funky, heavy hitte'n, hard pumpe'n slap rocke'n trio, that was described by a local radio station DJ as " A cross between Faith No More and The Red Hot Chili Peppers." We wrote a mess of great songs, went to into our own recording studio and made a tape... and the rest is history !! O.K... we played some really great rooms in town, but never really made the millions we expected. ( check probably got stuck in the mail...)
