RADM. W.V. Combs, Commander Cruiser-Destroyer Flotilla Three,
Congratulated WADDELL"s crew and presented the Battle Efficiency "E" and 
Departmental awards for outstanding performance in Engineering, Operations, 
Communications, and Anti-Submarine Warfare during the period 1 January 1965
to 31 June 1966. WADDELL had already earned the guided missile "E".
