GAP...

Officially, "Gap is a group of friends who get together from time to time to be sociable, spiritual or both. The group fills the gap between youth groups and the social networks that open up with parenthood."

Many have asked if GAP was an acronym.  Lynette gave us the only explanation in the running, and that it stands for Godly, Attractive People.

Whatever it could stand for, GAP for me is what church-going is about.  It's about a group of people I can hang out with, be me, and talk about God, talk to God, and talk to one another without feeling at all worried that I would look like a loon for doing so.  Is it about spiritual matters - why yes.  After all we are sharing our views, our ideas, and quite often, our hopes and fears.  BUT, not in only in a church environment, but in life.

Sounds boring?  Not at all!
