            Fix yourself a  cup of hot tea or coffee, or a chilled glass of wine - put on your most comfortable clothes and just be yourself!

            There is one thing I have found from surfing the Internet, and that is there are some wonderful people out there.
             We hear all the stories of the bad people or the ones who hurt others.  Isn't it sad that our society pays more attention to the negative than to the positive, this just reinforces negative behavior.

            There is one thing that we CAN do to change that and that is to start paying more attention to the positive things around us.
