Caramel Creamy Peach Parfait
2/3 cup caramel
ice-cream topping
1 container (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
6 soft molasses cookies, broken up
1 can (29
0unces) sliced peaches, drained and cut into pieces
Fold caramel topping into whipped topping in a small bowl. Layer
cookies, whipped topping mixture and peaches in six parfait or
other tall glasses. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs if desired. Serve
immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. Cover in
refrigerator any remaining parfaits. Make six servings.
