Long during the brisk cold night
the hanging moon shines at fullbright
travelling through timeless passages I go
          leaving footprints in winters snow

Down through the ages I carvass
          wondering along distant morning passes
Clinging to the joy and hope I found
in this beautiful moment in time
wherever I go in winters snow

I lay on pastures of winter white
viewing nature in her grand delight
in this heartland of snow and grandeur
I look all around for a sound I know
I once heard in winters snow

Belonging to you everywhere I go
       My dreams begin to flow
Resting ourselves on natures soft pillow
we reach out to each other
in the calmness of winters snow

Alas! we arrive at this loving place
peacefully resting and touching with grace
we 've found each other once again
in smooth moments of our love and desire
we felt the warmth of our fire
as we made love in winters snow
