The second season is much more focused on Fi trying to make contact with her father and finding out about his paranormal investigations before he died. Carey Bell, Ned and Irene's older son is introduced when he drops out of college and joins the Molly Phillips tour as a guitar player. Towards the middle of the season Clu leaves to go to college.

In the final episode of season two as tension was rising, Fi finally makes contact with her father, however, if all went as Disney planned this would not be the ending, she would have never met her father, and Fi would be forced to continue her seach. Cara DeLiza had decided to leave the show at the end of the second season and came back only for the first episode in the third season.

Season three was completely different than the first two. With Cara off the show Disney thought about finding someone to replace Fi. But they finally decided to create a whole new character, Annie Thelen, played by Alexz Johnson. Annie is also a paranormal magnet like Fi, and Fi understands this right away. Annie has a spirit guide, a panther, which she discovers more about throughout her experiences on the Molly Phillips Tour. Of course old fans were very attached to Fi, so the ratings dropped and Disney drew close to the 65th episode which is their limit on episode in an orignal series. They decided to end the show on September 28, 2001 and ended showing repeats all together September 8, 2003.

Now, so many fans are gone, and there is only a few of us left. This site is designed for all those fans who still love So Weird, and understand the message it sends to us. Things are never what they seem, there truly is paranormal. So let's go back, back to the beginning....
On January 18, 1999 the first two episodes of So Weird aired "Family Reunion" and "Web Sight." Disney channel had constantly advertised the new show and finally on January 18, 1999 the first episode aired with over one million viewers in the U.S.A. And the shows success didn't stop there, but also had become one of the top young adult show's on televison by Septmber 2000. By that time the show had taken on adult viewers, young viewers, teen viewers, and even some people who disliked the show.

The first season starts off introducing Fiona Phillips (Fi), a thirteen year old girl with a great interest in the paranormal. They make this clear in the opening. They also introduce you to her brother Jack, her mother Molly, who is a retired widowed rock star on her come back tour, Ned Bell and his wife, Irene, Molly's manager, along with their son Cluett (Clu).
