Sorry I haven't written lately... I've meant too (really); it's just been crazy here. Then I tried yesterday & couldn't get on here from the comp I was on lol...
NEWAYS- I do have some news....
First of all, I got an email from Kristen yesterday, the day before?, somthing like that, with their itenerary.. They're on the same flight as those of us leaving from Lbb from Houston on... Exciting... I so can't wait..
Then at Church on Sunday Jo came up to me & mentioned a donation... something I wasn't expecting at all... Which is cool... She's really nice...
Um... meetings! We've started swahili lessons... Amy got journals for all of us & painted them - zebra stripes on the front w/ Swahili notebook & zebra stripes behind a Tanzania shaped cut of the flag on the back. They're really nice, & useful too.
We've also decided who's teaching what: Amy is English, Richard Art, Abby Reading, Jeremy Games, Greg Drama & I'm Songs.
Yesterday we took a test that Richard got in one of his Comm classes (the one he has w/ the same teacher I have for Intercultural Comm) that gave us our colors & how they react to each other.. was interesting... Amy was Gold, Richard Blue/Green, Jeremy Green & the rest of us were Blue. Abby also had Orange pretty high & my Gold was too... It was interesting.. funny too.
Other than all that.. things are going well up here... lots of classwork to do... My Comm class had an article (& pic) in the Duster this week... they came in yesterday lol... & a group of my friends & I (Amy, Richard & Rachel at least) are going to the movies Sat night to see The Passion. I can't wait. Had to switch w/ the other Rachel to get off though.. so I get to work Sunday nite - fun. Its' ok though....
