I used to be pretty hardcore in the study of Thelema, which has at its core what is called Magick. I am not so adament now, and have focused most of my time on intellectual development. My spiritual quest is in question as of the writing of this. I will most likely pursue Buddhism, Hinduism, or some combination of the two. What I have previously posted I will leave here for those that might be interested.
Magick is a subject of differing opinions and which is disputed by some. I will give you a definition of magick by Aleister Crowley: "Magick is the art and science of causing change in reality in accordance to will" For now, I will leave my words as such. One thing that I think all seekers should study carefully is The Equinox. It has greatly broadened my subconcious mind in terms of Magickal thinking. It is said that there is a fine line between insanity and enlightenmment. Those that walk this path find out how fine that line is. Otherwise, you can read my paper The Awakening, which serves as a good introduction to magickal ideas. For begining magicains, I reccomend learning the Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram. Also, I have some interesting material on the goddess Nuit, who is one of my patrons. I hope you find something that is of use to you.
