| CTBS Alert! CTBS (Comp- rehensive Test of Basic Skills) testing is less than 35 days away! Our class is working very hard to make sure that we are prepared to per-form at our best. How can you help at home? We're glad you asked! Students will bring home a special folder for CTBS activities. CTBS activities will be assigned as homework, to be completed nightly and placed in their CTBS folder. Please be sure to review each activity with your student and, upon comple-tion, then place it back in their folder. | 2nd grade fieldtrips: In honor of Black History Month, the Kingsford Second Grade will be attending a production performed by Ron Brown and Ensemble. It will be on Wednesday, Feb 5,2003 at the Publick Playhouse,Cheverly MD. In March, we will be going to the Owens Science Center, Lanham MD. Look for more information soon. |
