FLASH Installed in Webpal
This is a 72-pin SIMM extender used to "parallel" two Webpal FLASH SIMMS in the Webpal's one FLASH SIMM socket.  It is rather crude in its current incarnation, but it works. It is also simpler than an embedded flash programmer, both in wiring and code to operate it.  It uses Bigbrd's wpflash and prog.elf utilities to do the programming.  There are 4 jumpers that determine which SIMM is active.
Jumpers
The SIMM extender a bit closer up (sorry for the low res pictures, but they were made using a Visor Prism and Eyemodule - not the best for closeups).  The two SIMMs are "paralleled" using a jumper arrangement so that only one is selected and enabled at a time.  The Webpal is booted into the debug monitor using SW2, and Bigbrd's prog.elf is loaded into RAM using GDB.  The two jumpers are then switched manually to the other FLASH SIMM, and using wpflash, a file can be downloaded and flashed.
