4) Do you have a problem with changing your name? (answer must be "no")

You must show a good example, if you disagree with another officer argueing in front of the troops is a huge mistake, doing this in front of them can bring distrust and less faith and respect in their CO. Avoid this and wait till a later time, and especially show much respect for your superiors in front of them.
Control is a major factor, if you do not have control then the point of being an officer is lost. You are there to control the situation at hand whatever it may be, make shure you follow the rules as well as the men under you, if they are out of line you must confront them. If you don't nobody will listen to you, and control is lost.
Never tell your men to do somthing you wouldn't do, or leave them the "boring" job in a game while you are having all the fun. Assign what needs to be done equally and the best way you can.
Moral is not only a factor on the battlefield but also off it, if you have the time you should talk to the men under your high rank, it doesn't matter if you talk about school, or blowing up the universe, just talk to them and you don't have to go on for hours, just say hey whats up. Keep the clan more personal, instead of them just being another foot soldier in our arsenal.
You must have respect for troops under you. Getting in arguements and fights with them, putting them down unecessarily, and giving them obsurd orders just because you can is simply not tolerable.
The commanding officer always knows what to do whether he does or not.
Every1 is getting demoted to Sergeant for a week, and you must pass a long test and meet certain criteria to regain your position or get the spot of Lieutenant. Such as going online at least 4 times a week, practicing w/ your squad, and more.
