What's in a name? Did you know that the name Monza was derived from a TV show "Monza" starring Ramon Zamora?
At that time, Imelda (Baby) Blanco had the same bob cut as the action star and classmates started calling her "Monza".
She liked the punky name and stuck to it to this day. *Oochie

We spent hours with our beloved nuns who tried to tame us in everyway.
But this one classmate would go wild and excited everytime an exhibitionist would show up on the side streets.
She'd get her hanky, cover her tiny face, throw coins out of the window and
NANI would scream out loud "magpagamot ka na! *SS

This group of boodidays once attended a TV taping of the APO Hiking Society and befriended the trio.
One claims she did not know how it came about, but they were APO's bigtime fans.

Section 4 -1 went to Baguio for their retreat. Do you remember bringing a rosary, Bible or other inspirational books to reflect on?

How do you solve the problem of a group of "lazy bums" who disliked copying lectures? Here's how they solved it.
Maribel offered to take notes with the help of carbon paper and furnished everyone of her barkada a copy of the days lecture
provided the task be rotated among themselves. Problems are meant to be solved, clever idea! *Oochie

WHODUNNIT??? That was the question.
"I will fail each and everyone of you if you do not tell me who threw away the pork stock!!"
exclaimed an angry Miss Aguila. Everyone just stood there in silence.
She did not finish her lecture neither did the cooking class finish
what they were suppose to cook. After 25 long years, a confession and revelation is being made.
The masterminds were assigned to be dishwashers and "accidentally" poured the stock
into the sink for wanting to finish their duties as fast as possible.

Clara and Rori continued to be classmates even in college where both took up Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
Ditto for Menchu and Oochie who were classmates for one semester at the same university, engineering department. *Oochie

High School Class 1978

Oh my gosh!
This cherubic, innocent-looking batchmate of ours, who in our senior year,
pulled a prank on her 'lil freshman sister by making her try a supposedly delicious sandwich,
only to discover is was a cockroach "ipis"-filled deli, and for this, was called to the principal's office after a report was made?
Funny thing is, she got away with it. How looks can deceive. Have you made any guess? Truly a revelation time.
