E.M. SPENCER - Superintendent B.S., Iowa State College, Ames, Iowa; Graduate study at University of Iowa, Iowa City, Iowa.  Serving his first year as Superintendent of the Dunlap schools.

DR. J.W. DENNISTON - President Is completing his eighth year as member of the Board of Education, and has served in the capacity of President all eight years.

C.H. VAN SLYKE - Secretary Has served as Secretary of the Board for the past five years.

F.C. SMITH - Treasurer Was elected in the spring of 1930 and is completing his first year in the above capacity.
