Subject:Update--Joy Mariano
Hi my friends, I gave birth last September 17, 2003 and was 11 weeks too early. My baby is doing just great, she was born only 2 lbs. 11.5 oz.. but is doing great. She is a 29 week preemie. She is now 33 weeks and very healthy--Thank God. I wanted to email all of you sooner but never had the time. The hospital is about 45-50 miles from where we live so you can all imagine the commute but it's all worth it everytime I see her. We named her ALEXANDRA "LEXY" JOYMAR CASILLAS. We call her Lexy, the second name was picked out by my husband not I. Below is an update of her, she was move from the NICU to the graduate nursery last Sunday. Keep me and my family in your prayers.

Hi everyone,
Here's an update - Lexy is now out of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and is now in the Graduate Nursery. She now weighs 3 lbs. 11.5 oz. She is doing great and hopefully keeps gaining weight.
Attach are her latest photos, one picture is just her 3 lb. certificate.

She was born May 14, 2003 at 11:35pm at Cedars Sinai Medical Center
She weighs 7 lbs. 5 oz. and 19 in. long.
Went home May 17 to our brand new home in Sylmar after having to stay 1 day more than she has to in the hospital due to Jaundice.

She was born Feb. 16, 2003 at 10:02pm at the Henrico Doctor's Hosp.
She weighs 7 lbs. 4 oz. and 20 in. long.
We are going home Feb.18 and enjoy her presence at our home.
