JONATHAN WYMAN PAISLEY
Jonathan was born March 8, 1977 in Clinton, Iowa, to Judy and Charles Paisley, Sr.  Jonathan is the only child from this marriage and has five half brothers and sisters from his parents' previous marriages ( John Henry, Sue Ann, Charles Jr., Harmon, and Emily).  Jonathan also has 14 nieces and nephews and 11 great nieces and nephews, with two new ones in the past month.

Jonathan graduated from Savanna High School in 1995 and then went on to attend Clinton Community College/
Mount St. Clare College(they had a co-op.  Jon went to Mount St. Clare to take his Music classes), where he started his college career as a Music Education major.  He also took several satellite classes from Highland Community College.  After attending these for a year, he then transferred to Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois.  In 1999, Jonathan then changed his major to Special Education.  This set him back in his schooling.  With great pride, Jonathan graduated from Western Illinois University in July of 2002 with the degree "Bachelor of Science in Education" in Special Education.


In his spare time, Jonathan sings, directs the church choir at Savanna's First United Methodist Church, acts [he was in "Kismet" at Mount St. Clare; "Oklahoma," "Jesus Christ Superstar,""Annie Get Your Gun," and "Phantom"--he was in the pit band and played trumpet for "Phantom, at Timber Lake Playhouse in Mount Carroll, Illinois; and was in "Carousel" in Morrison, Illinois for the MMTA (Morrison Music Theater Association), where he met his future wife.

Jon also loves to play golf and fish and he is learning to play the guitar.
