The Spencer High School
Alumni Association, Inc.
Mr. William Flewellen, President
Class of 1969
During the class reunion of the "Nines" in 1989, the classes felt that it was appropriate to create an alumni association in order to uplift the academic, athletic, and social areas of the renowned William Henry Spencer High School. For over a decade, the Alumni Association has given thousands of dollars to deserving scholars and athletes in order to further their studies and achieve their goals. Once you cross over the threshold of graduating from the best school in Columbus, consider becoming a member.
The Journalism Department has created an outstanding wall in celebration of our history.  "The Greenwave Legacy" is now underway! We are celebrating a high school with a great history and great graduates.  Let's support Spencer. Join the Alumni Association. Just send a brief E-mail, or click on the application link, print the application, and mail it in to the address printed at the bottom of the application.
Reunion exercises for the Classes of the "Sixes" will be on Friday, May 21, 2006 at 9:00AM in Spencer's auditorium.  Class of 1996, please Email Carolin Elsey Lawton at carolinlawton@yahoo.com for more information!  Rehearsal will be the night before at 6:00PM, with a lovely reception to follow at the Columbus Community Center on Steam Mill Road.  Come out and join the fun!
The mission of the Spencer High School Alumni Association is to strengthen the bond between Spencer High School and the Alumni, while developing financial, moral, and volunteer support.  This enables the institution to accomplish its greater mission: to promote the Mighty Greenwave!
