My Horse, Chase

Hey hey! So it appears that you have nothing better to do than read random webpages in your spare time. Well, now that that's established, I should start by saying that Chase is the best. Don't agree with me, let me know, I'm sure we can arrange for a proper time and date for me to kick your ass for having bad taste. Moving on, about Chase. He is a quarter horse, hes about 15 hh, chestnut coloured, quite moody at times, so handsome :) and yes, hes very spirited and stubborn at times. So hes got this thing with rearing and being a jackass when he doesn't want to do something, which is almost worked out of him, thanks to Rick. When my aunt and uncle first bought him (he was originally from Alberta, cutting and roping them cows) he was soooooooo muscular and bulky and such, and then he got lazy haha and lost it all. But, thanks again to Rick, we got him pretty much back to his old form, but better, through his training. So now, or last summer at least, he goes pretty much perfct at the walk and jog/trot, because, hey, you know, he's the best, and works with the best. This is Chase, the first winter I had with him.

Another pic of my perfect boy standing all square! He's so good! Look at him stayin put! Lmao he picked up on that one quick. He's gonna do so well in the line classes in 2004! The pic isn't the best quality cuz it's a scanned 8x10, but yea, he's still beautiful!!

So we officially won the first class we entered, Youth and Pony Showmanship at DSC. Didn't do quite so hot in the saddled classses lol, he likes to run and do his own thing. But anyhow, yea, we came second to everyone at the show in showmanship at one of the shows during the summer. Ruth beat us out with her amazing horse, so that's good. Anyhow, Chase is so amazing now since Rick has been working with us, it's so0o0o0o0o0o0o0o great. Best thing that ever happened to us. But yea, I think that's about it for now, I'll update this thing again sometime, but mainly just the main page will have updates on Chase and me. Ok, I'm out. Later.
