10. Jaedite, Nephlyte, Zoicite, Malachite, and Beryl are all names of gems (go figure).
9. Minako (Mina) had her own brief (hit) manga series before Sailor Moon started (Sailor V, she was also the original Moon Princess before Naoko decided to change it to Sailor Moon).
8. Hotaru's dad made her half cyborg (the poor thing).
7. Naru's (Molly's) little sister Naruru is friends with Chibi-Usa and one day threw an outfit together and called herself Sailor Chanel (as in the product, hmm, makes you wonder what that girl was thinking at the time…)!
6. Galaxia is the wonderful (not) mother of Queen Matallia, Wiseman, Pharoah 90, Mistress 9 (what's the deal with the number 9?), and Queen Nepheria (this lady apparently can't teach her kids any manners, that's for sure!).
