turns out internet access is very limited in Hungary, especially out in the stix where I'm at. It's glorious however and very fun. Right now I'm in the library at Kecskemet which is a small town with a lot of churches. There are many pigs and dogs and mules and donkeys and horses rolling in the dirt out at Ricsovary, all sorts of insects and flowers and birds I've never seen before, also I'm working hard on painting and learning eine kleine deutsche. (that's probably wrong but you get the point.) OK well time to go, further messages may be delayed until I get into a city, maybe not for a few weeks.
